Import · Feb 23, 2023 · video

[Music] thank you good morning uh good afternoon good evening wherever you are thanks for joining platform analytics Academy once again um I think a lot of you are probably sharing your lunch with us which I always find to be really nice so I appreciate that so we'll go ahead and get started um if I can get my screen to work there we go just some quick logistical information and I promise we'll get directly into the content uh as always this is for you we try as hard as we can to bring fresh ideas better understanding and practical guidance uh this is being recorded and it will be uh out on our community page later on this afternoon evening time frame of course it'll be out on YouTube as well please use the Q a uh if you can use the Q a box that would be um much better than using the chat we have people uh other people here that are monitoring that but please feel free to ask all the questions that you would like we will obviously answer the ones that are relevant to the content that we're covering today and if we have time at the end any of those other questions we'll try to get those uh answered as well if some other questions do come in that aren't uh necessarily related to the content but one of our panelists can answer it they'll do that via type so look for that to happen as well um and uh Safe Harbor notice um I don't know if there's anything in this but there obviously could be so again make sure that you keep the Safe Harbor notice um in mind as you are hearing everything that you're hearing today and don't make any buying decisions based off like anything that you heard today uh my name is Thomas Davis so again welcome I am your host and today we have Marta on uh another great presenter a part of our organization so I always look forward to her when she comes and she presents her stuff and uh I do have some co-workers on I think that Tara and danaron Adam may show up at some point um but again we have really great people uh here on standby to answer any of the questions that we have so with that we are revisiting uh a subject that we did talk about last year uh we felt it was important to touch it again because of uh some things that happened um with the Utah release uh or Tokyo so uh with that I'm gonna pass it over to Marta and Marta will get into the thick of all of our content and we look forward to it thank you very much Thomas hi everyone so let me share my screen perfect then let's start um as indeed mentioned uh we have done this session before but we want to have our fresh air of the homepage duplication and the plans around it so what our goal is is that to move all of you into the new capabilities that we have delivered throughout the years uh for the dashboards so to actually have one dashboarding tools that will improve extensively all the capabilities that we currently have on home pages so to do this uh there is Need To Be A Way Forward another application for the home pages so um so we are not migrating automatically the home pages to be converted to uh dashboards um but we are requesting the administrators so that could be the system administrators or the dashboard administrators to actually go through the home pages that you currently have in your instances understand what is still valuable and what should be converted to be a dashboard and to give a little bit of History around it uh there is definitely a lot going through uh for performance analytics and Reporting and the creation of home pages and dashboards so we have the own Pages for a long long time we have created done to its 2017 the core UI responsive dashboards and we are actually I've updated them to use the new next experience UI and now we are working towards what we call the next experience that visualization and the next experience dashboards that actually need want to be our future proof Solutions and where we want all of you to migrate in the future releases so to help you to deprecate your own pages so we have created a home page deprecation out to uh this has been as released as a store up uh and it's already available so you can go and grab it uh immediately after this sessions but the goal is as I was mentioning before is that for a system that and dashboard admins to help you triage and take action on the home pages so that you have not yet converted the two dashboards so um there is going to be uh organized way to see all the tasks that you have the user that you might assign them to if those home pages are um Global so it's like they are actually shared between multiple users and roles or if they have been personal and you're also going to be able to see the usage of those home pages and if there are personal on pages that are connected to users that are not in the company anymore that might be inactive or blocked as users and we give the possibility of like two main actions that is converting the on pages or retire the home pages so so the user personas that will be impacted as mentioned administrators and dashboard administrator will need to do the job and decide what to convert and retire most of the time but for the end users actually they will still they can still do some some work but themselves especially for the personal home pages so if they have home pages that they are the only users they are the only ones that can actually see those home pages and they still see values they can convert them to be a dashboards from the UI of the home page itself and otherwise if their admin has been uh has decided to actually retired or any of their personal loan Pages they can request for a restore of the home pages that will actually create a dashboard version of that homepage foreign is a store plugin is a store application so you can search it and find it with the name home page duplication help tool it supports from the ROM patch 8 and San Diego patch one so any um patch that it's after one purchase or after San Diego patch one it's fully supported um on the timelines of the deprecation and that's also the reason why we have this new session is that we are releasing soon Utah but for San Diego and Tokyo for the upgrading customers this was uh actually a decision not to set the property to duplicate home pages a decision that the admins were able to do and only when you were actually enabling next experience UI the property value was set automatically to true what actually is going to happen for Utah upgrading customers is that on the upgrade directly to Utah or any further release if you are not going directly to Utah but you are going to Vancouver maybe next is that the property value will be set automatically on upgrade to true so how does the future work uh the once the store application is installed there are two main menus one is the overview and one is on-page migration status so the overview uh deliver redelivered dashboards uh that helps you track the progress of the on-page duplication and the on-page migration status it's actually a list of all the own pages that are not yet converted uh or the ones that you already made a decision now so it's like you can see how many have been decided to be converted how many to retire and which one aren't UPS yet um decided upon okay on the actual tabs that we have on these dashboards we have an overview tab that gives you some generic information and some charts about which are the status of the deprecation process uh how many home pages you still have tutorials how many have been converted retired or restored um the personal loan page tab it's super useful to understand all the personal home pages that are connected and are owned by individuals that are not active enough anymore in your instance or are locked out so the suggestion for all those home pages is just to retire them and on menus and favorites we know that throughout the years you might have connected your menus to home pages directly so we give you a list of all the menus that are currently connected to home pages and in case you are converting that the home page to a dashboard you will need manually also to update the menu similar if you are retiring that home page you are gonna need to manually update the menu maybe to remove the menu all together or to go somewhere else and the usage tab gives you information about the home pages that have not been viewed in the last 30 days uh on this tab uh there is just an extra information is that not all the home pages will be tracked as you because we are only tracking them based on the report usage so if there are reports on your home pages we will understand if those home pages have been opened or not so uh personal home pages as I was mentioning it will show a list of all the uh personal home pages that are connected to locked out or inactive users and when you click on this link you will actually be able to go to this filter list foreign menus and favorites you will see three main reports that will have information of like home pages that are connected to menus home pages that are connected to favorites and menus and modules so connected to home pages so if you see that any of the home page is on the top part of the decision retired or um like converted then you can see which are the menus and maybe also how they are connected throughout the applications that you will need to update and the last one is about the usage so on the flows everything is done using the the flow designer so we have a flow to convert a flow to retire so what will happen is that if the decision is set to convert then the floor will trigger and it will create a dashboard version for that homepage the task or the home page migration start to stable and that task will be set to close complete uh and you will see there is a column that has the reference to the new dashboard so that has been created If instead the decision is set to retire for the global home pages um they will not be selectable anymore so we'll actually set the selectable as false and the read and write rules that we have fields that we have in the home page they we will set them to admin so all the admin will still be able to access that one and not any other user hey Marta yes real quick we've had a few questions that have come in but I want to I want to take one specifically because it was related to the usage Tab and the question was can you please elaborate more on how servicenow knows if a homepage was viewed it sounded like it's only looking at report status so if we have the same report in multiple places would that lead to a false positive so I guess there's a great question how do they know it's actually the the home page has actually been viewed if um so I can tell you that it will not cause a false positive because in the report execution a table that we are using we actually have a column that's as a reference to which home page or which dashboard that report execution is coming from so again just uh just to follow back around so if that report is on multiple but that report hasn't been executed on a dashboard that hasn't been viewed in the last 30 days then it knows to remove that and it wouldn't give that false positive okay all right thank you correct and I've also seen some questions about does these affect the knowledge on page um I can I I can go later into the instance but if it's the same homepage that I assume it is then it will not affect it because we it's not the knowledge on page is not built uh using the home page functionalities okay great foreign that process and they're just asking some questions about as the new releases or whatnot come come out and I don't know if you're going to speak to that specifically or if you want to answer them now but I don't mind waiting if that's you have some context on that later in the presentation uh no I really don't we have released a new version um in uh um February right now in February uh this month um but it does have smaller updates uh and mostly where like defect fixes um so if if there is anything also that is in the question or like functionality requester uh like feel free uh to just send a message over here and uh I will evaluate it with the team yeah in that February that was a store release yeah because that was one of the questions we had that they they did it during San Diego but they're going to Utah next month and then they saw a plug-in version so they were curious whether or not they should install that they should probably install that right yeah it's okay if you have already done that actually all this effort well first of all thank you for doing it um then uh I don't think you're gonna need to do it again it's you're already have done the effort of uh the home page the practitioner and even if you can install the new version of the store app there is no really any other task that is requested okay great because that should disable the ability to create any new ones even in San Diego is that correct yes exactly because the property is the same also in San Diego so as long as you have set the property uh to the value through then you have done all the required uh work so if I completed it for my entire instance in San Diego I should not need to revisit it in any way correct good question too though thank you thank you guys yeah we'll just we'll see how many of these we can clear up here real quick so uh does this affect the service catalog as a home page um that that page will will still remain uh available um we I've worked with the service catalog team to actually not uh like they have not been required to to change it or deprecated okay great and one says we're about to upgrade a you call Utah can we move forward with the upgrade and then go through this deprecation process after that uh yes but you uh need to be aware that initially the property on upgrade to Utah will be set to true so all your users will not be able to create new home pages or edit the existing ones that they have access to um so that's just as as an information you can still up you can still upgrade but of course there might be an impact and it's good to inform them in case but they would still be able to view their home pages if they have not run the deprecation yet yes the viewing the home pages so since we are not deleting the home pages viewing the home pages it's still uh possible uh as long as they have maybe a link that goes directly to that home page good clarification did you have something else Dan oh that was it that was just kind of following on to the to uh the one the one question okay and I see that Tara is typing one and Tara just you know I was I was looking more of that well as a troubleshooting one so I was going to hold off on that one but oh okay sorry no that's fine no worries I had just told him that um a long a long time ago and I I don't know if this was ever fixed or not but I remember quite a few years ago it was super easy to accidentally replicate an existing home page um and turn it into one of your home pages or accidentally copy like you it wasn't almost it was almost like it wasn't intentional you were just trying to you know look at something and you could accidentally create copies and I remember there being like I don't know anywhere from 10 to 20 of my home pages that were copies of existing ones or I was messing around and I accidentally created Five versions of the same exact homepage and as a non-admin and this was just as a user you would have really have no idea that you had done that so this exercise of going through this homepage homepage migration will flush all this to the surface all that extraneous stuff that may have been accidentally created or or you know um yes and I can say that and I can say that that part has not been fixed uh so I I I can show you later in the demo I I have in in the personal home pages I think seven of like my homepage as numbered because I click the Plus or edited something like and it created all of those home pages and also while talking to some of the customers that's what we have noticed even if the home page number was huge at the end while going through the personal homepage tab the like if they had 40 000 home pages then actually 30 000 were all personal pages of users that had left the company okay we're not in the company anymore so it was like easier to just retire all that amount or like not even like be concerned anymore about like those 30 000 home pages okay so good so if anyone else runs into this and John I hope that answered your question but that was just I mean it sounds like it wasn't is kind of the way it was and hopefully well not even hopefully this will solve this problem once we get off of these we won't have that situation anymore with um dashboards but you know it was it was pretty funny okay great and the last one that's in there uh might need more context on it but it says for app engine we use configurable dashboard how's that how's this affect that does it I.E um from from what I've worked on with app engine and app engine studio uh this doesn't affect uh like the configurable dashboard or the dashboard salvation that we have for the app engine studio for the workspaces that you can create uh using it so there is uh no effect on that part actually the one that the dashboard editor that it's now connected from Tokyo onwards with the app engine studio is the one where we are actually focusing right now on developing all the new uh greatest features so on okay great so tears applying to one and then one came in from Philip which kind of it's it's on the screen here though at the bottom there but how effective do you expect users to actually convert retire their home page when you have tens of thousands so many users ignore any email from servicenow kind of you have 14 days right or it'll be retired yeah so for for the personal on pages uh and and as it's mentioning the slide uh if you just send a notification uh that or you send all the personal home pages to set to retire and the actual owners will need to make a decision they have a 14 days amount of time to make that decision we have done this process also internally in service now because we have used on pages throughout the years um and I will also Show a slide later about the approaches but what I think worked for us is that they we got informed that the home pages were getting deprecated and that if we add a new home page that we wanted to convert we got uh like information on how to convert them ourselves if they were personal home pages and I think we had a couple of weeks uh amount of time and then after that they have enabled the property and set the property to grow so if they um so develops uh concerns here so if they um don't pay attention whatever it goes through the process and it gets deprecated or retired or whatever the term is they can still go through the tool and convert them right so he doesn't he doesn't have to restore any home pages um they and they themselves do the conversion or would would he just blast through and convert everything and maybe that's the thing Philip if you're worried um is to just convert everything and then maybe go through I don't know what do you think Marta what advice I will will not advise to convert everything they can always restore and actually the restore process it's also that one through a flow so it doesn't go through to our request to the system admins or dashboard admins so they will not be actually like bombarded by request to restore um if uh users goes to the service catalog and finds a restore a home page they find their own home page they have access to us and they click on restore automatically the system will take care of it and it'll convert it and it will convert it to a dashboards okay so system admins and the dashboard admins do not need to be involved in that part at all awesome so so it sounds like Philip genuine concerns I mean every company has stuff like that that they have to deal with but it looks like hopefully this won't be something that um bombards you and and yeah and you won't yeah I agree I mean you don't want to convert everything to have go from junk to junk you want to use this opportunity to clean up for sure it just I wasn't sure exactly how it works so that's good to get that clarifying all right thank you and I think for for time here because I don't I want to make sure that you have enough time Marta so why don't we continue for a little bit and and we'll revisit some questions here in a little bit absolutely uh so I as I was mentioned earning for the converter retire of the personal loan pages so uh especially for the retiring part uh if they they will get a task to approve um and if they approve it then the homepage will be retired otherwise it rejected the home page will be converted to a dashboard so if the owner doesn't reply like in the 14 days it's fun that right now we have set up as the default uh in the flows but it's always configurable the home page will be retired so our default is that if we hear nothing from the owner of that home page then we retire the home page and then as I was mentioning there is the restore process so from this service catalog user can find in the can we help you an option to restore the retired home page uh they can select and they are only going to see the home pages that they have access to so they can select the home page if they click to it or restore then that home page will be converted to a dashboard and they will find that dashboards in the dashboard overview page and this doesn't like involves any of the system admin or the dashboard admin this is all automatic processor uh that it's restoring using the flow designer sure Tara is terrorist typing one out now but one did come in that says is that restore catalog item something that gets added automatically or does the catalog owner have to do something to activate it is available automatically as soon as you install the store application okay great thank you and Tara's answering one so we're good I I will show you uh its restore our home page um if I remember correctly so Philip I'm guessing you're asking what are you asking what the catalog item name is yeah okay she answered okay good and you may show this here in a second uh Marta but question came in will the converted converted dashboard appear in A specific group on the dashboard overview page I think you'll probably show that right I um yeah I will show that but actually it will not uh it will just go to the more generic uh uh like dashboard overview and then if you want to actually add it to any group you can do it later on okay great and another another question came in it says we deactivated the catalog item for restoring home pages I don't know if they're asking this but it sounds like they're saying that's okay to leave deactivated after we've done everything correct because we want to enforce users to use dashboards correct uh yeah that's that's no problem at all uh like if your choice was to like inactivated I think it's it's all okay um yes it's also true that it's like what is restore like restore at home pages it's actually converts it to a dashboard so they are not gonna use home pages at all they are gonna actually even if they restore a home page it will create a dashboard then it says how will a user know how to find the converted dashboard uh so the users will have when they um they will have at that point when you set actually the property value to two uh if they have never used any dashboard before they will land into the dashboard overview and they will be able to search through the dashboard overview about the the new the dashboard it will have the same homepage name uh if that was the if if it was completed if they used whole like dashboards before then actually when the property is set to true they will land to the last uh visited dashboards no it's a reply but it's a good question because I'm trying to remember if when you're working so you let's just say I'm working through the thing and I get the little message that pops up and it says oh yeah I'm gonna convert it I forget can you tell at that point that you're no longer in how can you tell at the point that you're no longer on a homepage and you're actually on a dashboard because it's been a while since I've actually seen a homepage I do remember it looks a little bit different like enough different to where you can tell you're you're your rapper kind of is different but can you elaborate on that uh Marta yes mainly you're like the way I do it is like if I don't go straight to check on the URL uh because the URL will be different for the home pages the URL always starts with the home to do while instead for if you are on a dashboard this is p underscore dashboards don't do so that's kind of the first thing to look at but also the um indeed the uh others of of the home pages and dashboards and the actionability buttons that we have are different um so that's visually also is another way to understand if you are not in a homepage anymore yeah it doesn't change your your system preference Eric but that might be a good what Mark is saying might be a good thing for you is to do a screenshot kind of of what the editors kind of the wrapper around what the home page looks like and then do one what it looks like once it's been converted and and kind of have that available for your team whether it's like in a knowledge article or or however you present or share your information because that that could be that could help with some of the confusion right is to be like hey this is what it used to look like this is what it'll look like now that's how you'll know that you're actually uh working on a dashboard now because the the editors are like she said the editors are different and the you know the kind of outside of it looks a little different enough to where something's changed yeah so maybe maybe screen grabs would help so this has the home page uh this is the the dashboard so it's like home page uh deprecation it's as the two modules so this is the dashboards with the various informations um and then if you go into any of the single scores you actually will go to the list where you can make a decision for these home pages so the decision can be made in bulk so you can select two or three of these dashboards of the home pages and then decide to convert them or to retire them um and uh from there you can just it will trigger the flows and we'll actually do uh the convention and create the dashboard version so you can see over here right sort by decision you will be able to see that they have created the dashboard version and they've set the state uh to close complete uh while instead or if I decide to retire any of these it will trigger the retire process and in this case uh there since it's a global one it will not create any approvals uh and then once everything is retired it will be put to close screen later also regarding the catalog items so it's in the service catalogs you can find it under the can we help you section and then there is one that is a restore homepage and over here the users will be able to search through the retired home pages and if I select done submit I will actually get a message that they will be able to find these uh version in the service that of the service portfolio in the dashboard overview and that over here you will actually be able to see um if I search for it or not this is what um I was just talking about when I answered your question so this is that dashboard overview page dashboard landing page I called it but it's dashboard overview and it shows you kind of all the dashboards that are available and you can search by category and and that's where using categories and stuff really really helps or what you called label some sort of label grouping whatever but um yeah and I can show you I can go back actually to to the dashboard overview uh we have this group filter uh you can create new uh grouping and categories in case but they will always be uh right now in the other so there is like not really defined one and then you can create more of your own uh groups and categories as you as you prefer it as you need and other than that it's like I think one of the questions was how to understand if you are on a dashboard or or uh home page uh one way is always to check the URL so this one as PA dashboard and also right now I am in a different scope but if I create a new dashboard you will be able to see that the options on top are actually different than the one that you will have in a home page and now let me find a home page where I'm going to show you that let me just go to this home page try to see if like Google open it probably need to go that's it yeah this is still home page a slightly different options and header sections and as well as the URL is home to do Marta I did have a question that came into in the community um actually earlier this morning and I don't know if she was able to join or not but her question in the community is um they can see the they can see that the emails are generated and the approval comes back but I'm not but they're not seeing that the home page is then retired with closed complete is there um a business rule that needs to be set up or were they missing something if that happens it might be because they are on a vision not on a family version that does not currently supports the flows that might be one of the reasons so they are not instance version exactly so they might not be in Rome patch 8 or further releases or in San Diego patch one and further releases okay that might be one of the cases if they are if they currently are in like on a patch that we do support and they don't see any errors in the logs I I was always suggest to contact customer support okay okay all right and then we we will get involved from development if we find that there is any uh defect okay okay good thank you um so as was mentioning what will happen on the upgrade to Utah or the next releases and what actually happens when you start the property value to True um you will all users and admins will not be able to edit the existing on pages so we will not be able to create new ones and then we have the different scenarios of which will be your like starting page or the full start page um if you are have enabled next experience UI or or not um so if users have not used responsible dashboards before then the start page will be the dashboard of review otherwise it will be the latest uh visited or viewed the responsive dashboards if you have the next experience UI um we have new landing pages if you have the next experience do not have next experience enabled then it will be um obviously you can't create any new home pages or dashboards in the last dashboard that you viewed will be um the dashboard that's visible when you see dashboards but if you have the next experience enabled then what she was trying to explain was you can actually set the dashboard that you prefer to see the minute that you logged in um which is something new that we offer in the next experience and not something that we have currently in the classic experience you'll just go automatically default to the last dashboard um you viewed that's what I saw on that slide okay good yeah I don't know if I missed anything else on there hopefully she's trying to join back I'm sure I'm sure she is or Marta she is she is a world away so a little bit of slack there are there uh well we're waiting for Marta to come back in um here we go there she is well it was a question that came in um Mark I'm still not seeing Marta uh um I don't know of a way right now to default all users to a specific dashboard um that would be more of a market question because I think that would have to do with some sort of system admin um capabilities I don't know of a way to do it unless you guys know of something not not no I am yeah I don't I don't know that that's possible because in the next experience a lot of stuff is focused towards um user maintaining you know maintenance control over their environment their experience um that's what workspaces are so powerful and prevalent and so I don't know um it would it would have to be like I said maybe something like um like a business rule or something and I'm not even sure um what that would even look like but you know what that could be a good question for the community um Anonymous I don't know what else to call you um because I like I said I don't I can't think of anything um out of the box that we would allow that but thankfully Steven has an idea I knew I could count on you he always has great ones right thank you Stephen and then Philip as well oh yeah those are these are all great workarounds or different ways of of um kind of managing the experience for your users because I know not everyone's a huge fan of allowing the users just kind of Willy Wonky do whatever they want right you want there to be some consistency so that's absolutely understandable so good ideas I don't think March is coming back I don't know she might not be making it back so let me uh let me see if she oh it looks like she's actually oh there she is okay does it say it look like maybe she lost her inner I am so sorry no worries no worries Wi-Fi crash I tried to be you I couldn't remember everything on that last slide so I tried tried to just talk about what I read for a split second but you may want to um finish that up because I was like uh I saw this and that and this is probably yeah let me get back to probably this one maybe um when the next experience is enabled um you'll see this and if it's not enabled then you'll see that yeah there you go that's where you were yeah so indeed a little bit changes based on the next experience UI if it's enabled or not so you but if the next experience UI is enabled the users will be able to choose based on the preferences on which will be their the start page and on the approach uh then it's like communicate to your users the deprecation let them review if they have already existing dashboards that can fit on and are suitable for their day-to-day work otherwise ask them to convert their personal loan pages to a dashboard and then as administrators and as dashboard administrators set the property value to true and then start using the homepage application and we suggest to focus first on which are the global home pages so understand which are the most valuable home pages that you have for your company and decide to convert those one and after all the conversion and their retirement is done for the home pages actually change the menus to be connected to the new version of the dashboards or like retire the menus altogether and to Karen's question um uh the homepage deprecation just correct me if I'm wrong because I'm trying to refresh my memory as well the page deprecations will actually once you activate it um it looks like a dashboard and then you just click on that and you kind of navigate through that to to um start taking your actions correct so it looks like I missed it so she was just asking yes exactly so the actual overview module that we have for the home page application Hub tool it's actually a dashboard that we have created for uh for the administrators to actually monitor Android the home pages so so uh that's that page that overview page doesn't need to be converted because it's already a dashboard thank you and then uh another question came in while we when we lost you and I just want to validate that what the way we answered it was correct um is there any way to set the same dashboard for everyone as their land like these are opening dashboard because you know how we said if you have the next experience turned on you can set which dashboard you want to see when you log on um is there a way to set that so that everyone has to see the same one or is that um not a feature that we offer at this time um I will need to double check on some of the properties that we have um it might be a functionality I know that if next experience UI is enabled uh you might be able to achieve that using the new dashboards tool that we have and have that as part of your landing page uh for the when next experience UI is available otherwise a lot of it is uh actually done through properties and user preferences but I can double check on that and maybe we can write an article uh in the community all right thanks Marta regarding the troubleshooting uh um so indeed some of these capabilities are available only to admins and not to dashboard admins so that's what that means it's not available to change the property right now and the dashboard admin also cannot access the flow designer if it doesn't have the flow designer role um and we are the personal homepage is a report since is going through the user information is only accessible uh by the admins oh but then there are for the report execution as we were talking before it's only considered reports and doesn't consider PA Widgets or List reports into it so the own pages with only those widgets will have like if they if we have on pages that have only pay Widgets or List reports in it or no reports at all then will actually be counted as no home page views but that might be inaccurate um and make sure that if your users do not have a notification enabled or like they don't have any setup to receive emails to to notify them but then they will actually not get any approval requests for retiring their home page and the other limitation that we have on the floor right now is that it can only consider a thousand records at the time so when you actually trigger the populate flow if you have a lot of home pages the solution is actually to have the floor running for multiple days and will actually add all the records image of um one one thousand and the last one um it's actually regarding the UI part the conversion of the home pages to dashboard is actually done by a backend script without using the UI so what happens is that if the dashboard the homepage has not been opened then the layout and the Heights and the width of the different elements on the home page when they are converted to dashboards might not be Pixel Perfect but then the owners of the new dashboards or anyone that has editing role to these new dashboards will be able to easily fix uh the layout using the new responsiveness and drag and drop capabilities from the dashboard itself and there are going to be some useful links over here and if there are any more questions definitely available no none that have came in right now um and we're about four minutes away so um probably need to close this out if any
