[Music] hey everyone it's Justin thank you for watching and welcome to my house that's Justin's house it's time for servicenow store highlights or SSH version 1 6 2023 everybody it's 2023 Happy New Year hope everybody's doing great we're going to jump right into it since my last episode back in 2022 there's been 26 updates that's either new or updated apps in the servicenow store so 26 this is going to go by really fast because you'll see most of this is just some content updates but let's go through our list I don't have any release note fails for the week so round of applause for that one no release note fails um so next on our list will be compatibility there's no compatibility updates and next on the list then is content update so you if you were an agile customer agile Financial gaming government healthcare insurance manufacturing media privacy real estate retail technology these people have been busy AF if you are one of their customers they got content Updates this is q1 2023 updates I'll just click on one that all the release notes were the same updated with Q4 2022 data so that's for all of the agile applications um you can see in there there's 21 of them so that leaves us with five whole applications to actually talk about um it's a holiday so I'm not surprised let's cover first the new releases there's only one since our last episode and it's something called workflow this is a way to amplify your productivity by seamlessly managing vendors and internal resources all in one place and so what I got from this earlier is like project management when you're talking about managing your vendor resources and your internal resources so you could see their real-time oversight dashboards analytics cross team updates holistic project management and scalable support we'll go down to key features here vendor and internal Resource Management internal and external project posting work diaries and time sheets workload management Proposal review and feedback needs analysis profile browsing sending and receiving of files project messaging and feedback and resource searched based on needs experience and recertifications so looks like maybe a little bit of crossover or duplication of what's out of the box with itsm not itsm strategic portfolio management and customer for services management perhaps I don't know but workflow is the one new release for this episode so I wanted to spend a little bit of time on it next on our list is going to be the highlights again this is going to go by really fast there were basically minor updates but we'll start with cohesity hope I'm saying that right if you know how to say it correctly leave me a note Down Below in the comments um their latest release version 5.2.0 register an unregistering of AWS protection resources I assume that's Amazon web services protection job workflow restore workflow for AWS sources they added a name field and the virtual machine recover points table and data database recover points table they fixed an issue related to Orphan relationships between parent and child records and fixed initially related to alert category and severity so cohesity thank you for some excellent release notes a great example of how to be informative in your release next up is set to go certificate app connector they expanded the subject alternative alternate name field on the certificate record to 4 000 characters instead of one thousand so a minor fix or a minor update but an update nonetheless thank you sec to go next is the service graph connector for armis version 1.4.0 added the ability to import RMS users and ads and RMS additional information table to store attributes from armis which may not have been which may not have out of the box CND cmdb beats I can't talk today like armis boundary so there's an armis user job some guided setup an additional table that includes boundary vlans armist users and the CI reference relates the additional info record to the discovered CI so thank you armis for that excellent update and good release notes next is our Vivid charts data engagement platform new features project Gantt chart type who doesn't love a Gantt chart they improved also the asynchronous data collection for many areas of the app and experience with single sign-on and how users interact with the application what's better than enhancements and improvements and everybody that is it that is your servicenow store highlights for January 6 2023 I hope you found this video helpful if you did please like Please Subscribe or share with somebody who you think might be interested in what the heck is getting updated and released in the servicenow store until next time don't forget to always be learning [Music] thank you
