In a later video, ToolSmith will help us build another plugin. But you should know how plugins are put together, because that will help you review ToolSmith's plan and understand what it's building. That's what we cover here. A plugin is made up of a few assets, and we build all of them in Tool Studio: • A connector holds the travel system's base address and authentication settings, so our HTTP actions can connect to it. • HTTP actions are the API requests we send to that system: one finds bookings and another requests cancellation. • The conversational process puts the task together. It identifies the booking, asks for confirmation, and then requests cancellation. A slot holds the booking the process needs, a bit like a parameter, and a resolver turns natural language into one specific record. • The plugin makes the process available to the AI Assistant. Its natural-language trigger uses example requests to recognise when the plugin fits, and its launch configuration sets who can use it. Then we follow an employee's request through all of them, from the AI Assistant selecting the plugin to the result coming back.
