Jeff has been working in the ServiceNow ecosystem for close to two decades, and he's built a long list of platform firsts along the way, from early HR service delivery work to some of the first enterprise CSM implementations out there. These days he's focused on something a little different: using ServiceNow as the operating platform for entire businesses, starting with legal firms and now expanding into financial services.
