foreign [Music] sometimes find it difficult to forecast their crew needs when the need arises to create a new unplanned crew dispatchers can leverage the recommendation engine to filter resources to any eligible and qualified technicians for that crew task dispatchers can view the assignment window to jump directly to the window for the selected task confirming the resources are truly available to assist during the task time frame using the quick crew creation workflow from the right panel on the dispatcher workspace dispatchers can add from the recommended agents directly to the crew they first associate the work order task to the crew and then start by adding leaders and eventually members to the crew now we see the tasks scheduled on dispatcher workspace note that dispatchers can also get notified of the minimum required crew size so that they add enough members to the crew to complete the work once crews are created they show up both in the calendar defaulted to the task name and they also show up in the crew management panel in the dispatcher workspace dispatchers can also view the list of Crews that don't have sufficient membership in addition the task panel allows you to filter for undersized crew tasks and jump to the task window to add more agents to that specific task the recommendation engine again displays the crew which was created for the task and any recommended agents using the add to crew action dispatchers can quickly add users to the crew to ensure the included agent is added to the task and the time is blocked
