foreign [Music] here's a closer look into contractor capacity visualization more and more we're seeing organizations Outsourcing at least some of their work to third-party contractors sometimes it's to support geographies where they don't have resources other times it's in support of a specific product or type of work like deliveries or installations but not all contractors are alike let's consider Acme installation we're not promising them work but they are able to take any overflow we give them well at least up to 10 tasks a week however over at United calibrators we have a pretty strict contractual commitment to give them 10 hours of work every day in fact we pay them for 10 hours whether or not we give them any work so it's imperative our dispatcher is aware and meets this capacity commitment so let's take today for example we've only given them what five and a half hours worth of work so we need to take action now yesterday would have been better but this is a better story for my demo so now when I assign this work to the the new task to the contractor we see the capacity has been updated to reflect the added hours of work
