[Music] foreign [Music] it's Justin thank you for watching and welcome to my house that's Justin's house I come to you with sad news today I'm making a video about the new project workspace version 3.0 I just released a video showing what I thought was really cool functionality for rydak or risk issues decisions actions and changes on the new project workspace I was super excited about it demo went great released the video and I came in to make my next video where I was going to show some new features around adding tasks and even dark mode and this happened I cannot add any tasks from the new project workspace and it's really frustrating I also can't add any tasks from the work breakdown structure grid view if I click on a task and select it and or do something like this where the little task thing pops up right there it doesn't do anything either it is broken so something happened when I upgraded the project workspace to version three I've got a high ticket open or a case with servicenow support I'll definitely let you know what the workaround with the fix is but the message here is to you don't upgrade yet don't don't upgrade the project workspace like I said in my last video if you watch it I'll put a little blurb on the bottom of that too but hold off on the update until I figure out what's going on I've never had any regression like this when upgrading something so I'm a little disappointed even though this is one of my favorite workspaces I hope you found the video helpful if you did please like Please Subscribe definitely share it with anybody that you shared the other video with because I don't want anybody to update and have this issue especially in production but hopefully you're testing before you go to production and until next time don't forget to always be learning foreign [Music]
