[Music] foreign [Music] it's Justin thank you for watching and welcome to my house that's Justin's house in this video we're talking new workspace features in Tokyo I'm gonna start in San Diego just to show you what you've been missing out on this is one of those features that's really really under the covers and you don't know it's really there unless you are like me and read all the release notes or you're really really looking for it so I'm in San Diego I'm in service operations workspace and let's say we were documenting our incident and we wanted to come over here to service and select a service for this particular this particular incident right so what you can do is you can hit the little search for record icon and that'll bring up this modal and you see I got a list of all the services now if I wanted to search for something I can't and this was kind of like a I heard this would be really nice but I'm gonna sit here and go to the next page the next page next page I can't even right click and filter anything like that right so that was in San Diego um and what the feature we're missing again I'm still in San Diego is if I go to the regular UI look at a form hit the search button notice that I've got a search field capability here to search any of the fields plus I've got this filter up here where I can go search any field on the service table to find what I'm looking for well Tokyo fixes that for us I'm here to show you now I'm in Tokyo still in service operations workspace we'll go down to that Services field I scrolled past it here we go it moved it to a different place but here we go service rewards processing I still got my search for a record icon but look look at this I've got a new filter capability right there at the top where I can come in and do the same thing that I just showed you in the classic UI or the older UI now I can come in and filter on any field so if I was looking for a service that I had a business criticality of critical most critical or something like that it's not even a field showing in this list of stuff but I can run that filter and it's going to return just the services that are most critical now let's take this a bit further let's scroll down here and say we were trying to associate this with a problem record well here I can look at all the problem records I got a number and a problem statement that's all the administrators configure to show up on the screen again I can use the filter icon and I can say hey well I'm looking for the one that's assigned to me so I can look at do I have me on this one yeah it's Dynamic and I can change this to me so now I can run that and I don't think I have any and the this environment that assigned to me but you know in typical production you might have one assigned to you the same thing last example here before we wrap the video is assignment group maybe you're looking for an assignment group and you can't remember the name of it you just know that Abraham Lincoln our favorite demo guy was the manager of that group so I can just come up here search for manager and say is and then pick out Abraham Lincoln and I use him because his name's at the top and he's really cool and oh that's right he calls his group The analyst group and now I'm going to reassign this to the analyst group so that's it really simple really small you won't even know it's there unless you go looking for it but I hope you found the video helpful if you did please like Please Subscribe or share it with somebody who you think might be interested in net power skills when searching related fields and related records in their op their workspaces service operations workspace or any workspace and until next time don't forget to always be learning [Music] thank you
