Next Experience Academy Session #5: Next Experience Readiness Checker

Import · Nov 21, 2022 · video

foreign [Music] welcome to the next experience Academy I know we still have some more folks hopping on um but welcome thanks for joining us at our new time of 11 A.M Eastern Standard Time uh we did move this from 12 just to accommodate the employee Center Academy because they have one going on at 12. we just want to make sure that you guys had access to all the academies that you needed I'll go ahead and introduce myself I'm Ashley Snyder I'm an outbound product manager on the platform web ux team and I'll go ahead and let Brad introduce himself as well hello I am also an outbound product manager on the platform web ux team so let me go ahead and um just do some housekeeping stuff I will share my screen and then we'll get started with the session uh and Amanda couldn't join us today but she is here with us in spirit she is traveling um but just some housekeeping stuff um so this is being recorded it will be posted on YouTube a couple days after our session um it's just informational topics if you have any support issues or support questions on these topics please open a case uh and please ask any questions that you may have in the Q a window I'll be presenting today so I know Brad will be Fielding those questions um you know behind the scenes and we'll pause during the content for like relative questions um and then we'll leave some time at the end for those as well and I'll go ahead and get started with our session today so we are talking about the next experience Readiness Checker uh this is a brand new tool that we release just a couple weeks ago um and it is on the store um so let me go ahead and just cover our Safe Harbor notice before we get started uh because we are going to be covering some board looking statements today uh that are subject to change so please don't make any purchasing decisions based upon the statements in this session today foreign so um for our agenda we're going to cover what the next experience Readiness Checker is um why you would want to use it um how do you get it how to run the scan and interpret the results and to do something with those uh next steps for activation for next experience after you run the Checker and then some also some helpful resources for you to have all right so let's get started um so what is the next experience Readiness Checker we put this tool out to really help you in the activation process there are some considerations that you'll need to take into account when you're looking at activating next experience we do have some unsupported features or some features that are being deprecated that are just not uh supported in next experience we have these laid out in our product documentation but you know after talking to customers and going through some of these webinars you know that turned into being more of a manual process for your teams and it did kind of add more time onto your activation process and kind of just give you a lot more manual steps to do um than we would have liked so we did talk to our product teams to get this tool out to speed up that process for you and to Aid you in that decision making let me just cover some of the unsupported features and we'll go into these at more of a deep dive in the next few slides but I had a high level well we're really talking about features such as like connect chat or connect support guided tours I have an asterisk next to and I'll kind of get into that in a moment as that is changing live feed and follow so like I mentioned prior to this tool you really had to either like as an admin know that you're using these and you probably did know if you were using connect support because you had to set up the cues or guided tours you probably did know that you had tours that you set up but you may not have really known about your usage of things like connect chat or live feed or follow because these aren't things that you really set up these are things that your users can just do so you're kind of either making like an educated guess or you had to do that kind of manual digging to find that out because the last thing you really want is to turn on next experience and then have a surprise that your users are using these features that you just didn't know about or you just weren't aware of and we really wanted to give you all the information up front so you could make these decisions um so the Readiness Checker it is a tool that you can download from the store um it is a platform feature so there is no fee um I'll have a slide on this in just a second but I did want to mention it it's free of charge um you can download it on a production or subproduction instance um we do recommend you know having accurate data to get those results so you know either a production instance or a clone of subprod that's pretty recent it's going to be the best um way to get the results from that foreign so let's dig a little bit deeper into these unsupported features we discussed um some of these in our sidebar um session I think it was session three where samusa came on and kind of did some side-by-side comparisons and gave us more information about sidebar so be sure to check out that recording it's on our community if you have more questions about sidebar um so connect chat if you're not familiar Etsy star our Legacy peer-to-peer kind of messaging tool where you know the fillers or process users could message each other within service now right now it is in maintenance mode so we don't have any new enhancements for it and we're not taking any non-priority bug fixes uh and the replacement feature for that like I mentioned is sidebar if you're on the Tokyo release sidebar will allow you to do that kind of peer-to-peer messaging on a record um so it is really just limited to records right now I know connect chat you could kind of go outside a record or you could use it on visual task boards we do have roadmap items for sidebar but if you're really just concerned about that peer-to-peer chat sidebar is going to be the replacement for that connect support connect support is our kind of our end user to agent chat tool that is Legacy we do have a replacement for it um we have a plan deprecation for Utah so coming up in March 2023 is when we'll end support for this feature we've had a replacement out for a while now we recommend using a combination of advanced work assignment and agent chat and even virtual agent within your workspace UI to get the chats from your end users in to your agents and kind of Route those more intelligently and accordingly than what connect support used to allow you to do so let's talk about guided tours um live feed and follow so guided tours um this is an exciting one um so we do have some changes with that it is moving rapidly and things will probably be this recording will probably be outdated in a couple months but um guided tour so you know with our product documentation we state that they are not supported um with next experience as in San Diego and Tokyo as of this recording um there is a caveat to that you can still launch your service portal tours with next experience turned on because we're using a different Tech sack and your service portal doesn't launch within next experience so if that's what you're concerned about do some testing um and just run through some of those tours um I will mention we have some patches coming out and some Utah road map items so if you're using guided tours on like classic environment which are your forms and lists we do have some patches coming out to be able to run existing tours um that are slated for San Diego patch nine Tokyo patch 4 and of course Utah so shortly we will have the ability to run existing guided tours in classic environment as well as the service portal and then we have some roadmap items for you to be able to create new tours and of course create tours for next experience Pages such as workspaces and things like that um I just wanted to kind of keep you up to date on the latest development for guided tours if that is an adoption blocker for you please check out the patches keep up with the product documentation um you know and feel free to reach out to us for any kind of updated information on that um live feed you may not be familiar life he was kind of the social media Facebook gamer kind of um functionality that we were released um a while ago uh your users may or may not be using this uh I'm not sure this may or may not be an adoption blocker but we will scan for this and kind of give you information on that I don't have any information on live feed as far as San Diego or Tokyo or road map items I know our teams are looking into customer usage on that but as it stands live feed it's not supported um and then in follow so follow is that functionality whereas you know if you're a fulfiller and you can follow like an incident records and get updates and things like that or any other kind of record um that is not supported in San Diego and Tokyo but we do have roadmap items for Utah for follow we're actually rebuilding the functionality for next experience we're not just porting the old functionality over um so this is of concern um just know it is on a roadmap and we are working on it great so now that we kind of covered what the next experience Readiness Checkers for um in the unsupported features that it looks for I do want to cover how you'll get it um like I mentioned this is a platform feature it is found on the store um there's no extra fee associated with the Readiness Checker you can run it on a production or sub-production instance we do recommend having a recent clone of your production data if you do run it on subprod if you want to play around with it in your PDI you can put it on a PDI and I did just test this so um it is available for you to kind of put on your PDI and if you have demo data run that scan and kind of get more familiar with it um you do need to be on San Diego or higher just because next experience didn't exist before then so it will not work on a Quebec or Rome instance but just so you're aware I mean it is out there today if you want to start downloading it as of the session or afterwards you can go on there and find information about it and download it foreign and interpreting the results and I'm going to do a demo of this too in just a little bit um so what happens when you run the scan well first off you know we do recommend running it before you turn on next experience um it is a module over in your application navigator I put an asterisk next to the Checker is available in next experience is disabled um it is still there in the module it's limited to admins only admins can see it unless you change that module if next experience is enabled you can still see it and run it but we just recommend running it before you turn next experience on the scan itself is just a UI page and it's going to show you what version your instance is on so it knows if you're on San Diego and if it knows if you're on Tokyo and so on and we're going to make recommendations based upon which version that you're on so some things may not exist in San Diego that exists in Tokyo we're going to kind of make that differentiation for you and give you those up-to-date recommendations based upon on your version and the results themselves are really just an aggregation of data within the past 30 days so we're just kind of doing a query for the records in these tables we're not generating any kind of demo data like ATF does we're not generating new records we're not you know doing anything that would impact any kind of daily operations is just checking for existing records and getting account for you um we have tested this pretty thoroughly with hundreds of thousands of Records so if you had a lot of data there shouldn't be a problem with that if you are concerned about running it in your production instance so we would suggest you can do that not during non-critical business hours or just doing like I mentioned that clone of production data to a sub prod and running it from there um but like I mentioned it will give you that that past 30 days so you can kind of really see like is my company heavily using guided tours right now because you may not be concerned about a guided tour that was taken two years ago right you want to kind of know what is my company using right now and what decisions do I need to make based upon the numbers that are coming back within the last month or so we do have an option to turn on next experience from here it's kind of our one click functionality that we released in Tokyo I'd say probably do this in a subprod I definitely wouldn't recommend running the scan in production and then turning on next experience because there are other steps you need to take but if you're into sub rod and want to just go ahead and turn on next experience from here and start doing your testing you can do it right from this page itself foreign PDF out um on the event in the community afterwards I always like to throw a matrix in that you can take with you for later to kind of view what we're scanning if you have any questions about it so um this is just a matrix of what we're scanning for and then the tables that we're hitting and what information that you can expect to get from that scan thank you we had a question in the Q a that uh do you know if the Readiness Checker can be installed on fedramp instances or is that something we need to answer uh when we post this to the community yeah I'll have to answer that offline I don't have that at the top of my head good question though um there's one more that just came in if you if this is an okay time to answer it um it says what's the difference between this new tool and the adoption blueprints uh the one that's in the admin Center I'm not super familiar with adoption blueprints yeah I'm not either I believe the adoption blueprints though are for your business outcomes and the functionality that you're trying to hit right so like if you're trying to do like functionality specific to CSM or you know getting your service portfolio up we're going to recommend like different applications and plugins and stuff based for that this is really just to check for unsupported features that you need to take a look at before you turn on next experience so you can make those decisions on kind of your rollout strategy and not have any surprises after you turn next experience on yeah yeah and just to add to that that was that's exactly right Ashley like the the adoption Journeys are really for the admin to make best use of the licenses they have this is just help you understand what you have to enable next experience so that they would work together but it would be two separate things awesome so um let's keep going here so like I mentioned so this is really that decision making tool right like your your strategy for rollout may be a little bit different if you're using connect support versus not or if you're using connect chat or guided tours versus not and we're just trying to give you that information out front you know you may decide oh I'm using connect support and I'm using it pretty heavily I probably now need to look into migrating to agent chat and getting that set up before I just turn on next experience and you know that I may not have known how heavily my company is using this before running that tool um so this is really just that what that information is is trying to give you is that up-to-date glance of how heavily or not your company is using something um so you can make that educated decision and not just say oh well this feature isn't supported I'm just going to wait on next experience because you may or may not be using it so we're just trying to give you all that information up front um some next steps after running the uh Readiness Checker so you will still need to do some manual steps as far as checking for UI customizations um this is something we did want to include but there's just so many variants in customer instances of what has been customized and how they've done it in scripts and stuff we just didn't have a baseline script to check for everything we would have really probably introduced more confusion than help so we left this as a manual step but when I'm talking about UI customizations really what I'm referring to is like if if you know that you've customized the banner frame in UI 16 like I know there's some stuff out there to put release notes and things like that up there more than likely that's not going to work because we are using different technology um some other customizations I've seen from customers or things like UI macros on forms or like formatters since we are using you know different uh CSS and a style sheets versus UI 16 and in next experience I've seen where that the the formatting just looks kind of wonky it's not like light for like and the customer needed to go in and just really go through their formatter and change some things with the CSS there and some reformatting so those are going to be the spot checks that you need to do um I know there's some third-party tools out there that will help you with dom manipulation and client-side scripting and things like that that will check for any kind of Dom manipulation that you might have um you know instant scan you can put you can create your own kind of definition to check instant scan as well so this doesn't have to be as manual if you do or if you are using this already party tools but it may just be you know kind of going through those forms and taking a look which we do recommend doing that testing anyway performing your normal upgrade or regression testing that you do when you do an upgrade just to make sure that you know everything is working as expected and that your process users can use the tools that they're used to using um after you turn next experience on so doing that in sub production before you activate next experience in production and then the last one really is to choose your rollout strategy um so you know a new user interface you know it is a big change to users while the next experience is not really that big of an impacting users pick up navigating it pretty quickly the first time a user is going to see it is going to be a big change to them so you want to make sure that you have all of your Communications in place you want to have any kind of training or knowledge in place before you turn it on and also your rollout strategy so we do recommend turning on next experience for everyone at once and kind of cutting over everybody and this really just prevents your admin teams from having to support two different user interfaces it prevents customer confusion right like with some customers around UI 16 or some users are on UI 16 versus next experience and then also like you know not having them switch back and forth that's just a lot of confusion to the user especially when you're introducing new features with next experience that aren't going to be there in UI 16 so so we do recommend just having a rollout strategy for everyone at once but we do have some articles out there that have some information on rolling out by group if this is something that you necessarily need to do we kind of have some guidance out there and some examples that you can take with you and kind of customize and use it to how you need and then there's also some other share items and things like that out there for like toggling back and forth if you need your admin teams to be able to do that as well so I've linked that article in this session it is on our Center of excellent site as well so you should be able to find it pretty easily but definitely check that out if you have any questions on rolling out next experience great um I'll pause right here real quick um to see if we have any other questions Brad before we hop into the demo yeah so we do have a few questions that have come in uh one of them is around a rollout strategy do we have any training communication templates for end users I know the answer to this I think but I will let you go um so I know as far as what I've been communicating like as far as like email blasts and templates I don't know of any I know we have a welcome to servicenow course that really helps getting those users trained before you go live in production so that's a really great one to take there's built-in onboarding um but what other things have you seen Brad yeah I think that now learning course is the main one that's that's uh it's like a five minute video uh aimed at uh your your fulfiller users right so it's it's not developer admin focused so it's something you can send in your users that kind of introduces them to the new UI which is not you know super different but different enough to where it's helpful yeah and that that course is free it's on now learning um your users can just take the next experience Fortune if they want it kind of goes deeper um and I think there's a simulator with it as well so like if you want to start getting feedback about next experience or like see how your users are picking it up without even turning it on in your instance you can do that it's like a really helpful tool um there's also a micro cert if you want to go that far um to make sure that people are taking it for it's like you say that you have new user onboarding or something it's just a really great resource for that as well all right the next one uh I don't know the answer to this it's the employee profile on employee Center populates the employees photo from the live feed profile if live feed is going away uh is it how's that going to work is there a replacement yeah so live feeds not going away um we're not we're not stripping it out so your employee Center functionality should still work as of Tokyo that would be really something for the employee center team to answer as far as what they're going to do if live feed is removed but we're not removing live feed um just says as of next experience you won't be able to get to it and use it that's the only thing but the technology and I guess whatever is powering employee Center should still be there but that would be probably a great question for the employee center team and their Academy all right and then uh there is another one um uh there's a couple so uh moving to agent chat uh is uh is a big time investment uh and the question is uh do we need to enable only chat and incident creation and move them to the back end view if they give access to agent workspace then they'd start messing around with incidents problems changes Etc I'm not sure I totally understand this question um yeah it seems like kind of a strategy for connect support uh or not connect chat I guess connect chatter connect support agent chat um yeah so I think what this question is asking is like yes agent chat there is some you know front-end work that will need to be done to move from connect support to agent chat um we do have that documented on the community um you know as far as let's say that you don't want to do that before turning on next experience you don't have to that's what we kind of have that rollout strategy so you can give those connect support users who still need to take those chats you can still keep them on UI 16 in the previous UI and move everybody else to next experience if you want to and then start planning your rollout strategy for agent chat at some point though with connect support being deprecated you are going to want to get away from that um I mean you just don't have to do it right away with next experience it's not so much a dependency and we do have those workarounds for you but do start planning that as part of your roadmap because it is deprecated as Utah yes all right and then the last one that we just had to come in uh was do you plan to write or plan to add checks for incompatible UI customizations or do they need to write them themselves um yeah I'd say right now you have to write in yourself I don't know of any that we've released for instance scan that will check for Dom manipulation because it can be so varied um those third-party tools is probably going to be the best bet right now this is probably something we'll need to take offline and see how many how many customers are running into this and something that we'll need to kind of discuss if we need to put this out yeah and and I'll add to that when we were uh you know in the process of creating this Tool uh we did you know we did go through all sorts of things like what are all the things that are incompatible and you know like Global UI scripts that are doing Dom manipulation or other things that are customizing the UI are just really hard to check for programmatically um you know you could check for maybe some Dom manipulation in global UI scripts but then when you start looking at it uh it was uh technically it was it was pretty difficult to identify just because there are so many different ways uh to modify the UI with a client script or UI script or you know browser extension all sorts of things so that was that was more difficult to do yeah like I mentioned like we could just do an overall check and say this is dominant position but that domination may still work like I mentioned those formatters they still worked they just needed to be altered because the style sheet was changed and we don't we like if for if you don't really kind of know what you're looking at let's just say that you're you're an admin and you've never really seen this formatter before or worked with it we don't want to tell you hey you need to strip this out we don't want to cause alarm when there isn't any and that's why we're saying this is more of a manual process that you're going to have to go kind of check and see because if we did that we may be raising red flags where there really aren't any just due to like Brad said the varied ways that you can do Dom manipulation and what it impacts all right and then one more I could take this one is there a summary of high tickets around next experience to identify areas that have encountered issues that's not generally a thing that we we do overall is just published like a huge list of of known errors uh what I can say is that you know we're constantly um in each patch I think or most of the patches at least in San Diego uh we are you know fixing things or updating things uh when it comes to the UI we're also updating the docs regularly so there's a docs page that are that's kind of considerations uh for you know for updating or for moving to next experience we're updating that page and then Ashley has published a lot of things on our Coe which we will have the link to that I'm sure in the presentation uh and all over the place uh but we're constantly updating the Coe with with you know Lessons Learned and things to think about and then that's also one of the things this Readiness Checker is addressing as well awesome so let me go ahead now let's now we've gone through the Q a and we'll leave some more time open to let me just move over into my instance so we can just do a quick demo and of course every Academy I think in everyone's Academy your instance logs out while you're presenting your uh your PowerPoint so just one moment and I will get that back up um so I do have a Tokyo instance here um and I did turn off next experience you know it's gonna kind of simulate if you've never turned it on before what you'd be looking at uh when you first turn it on so let's go ahead and just find the next experience Radiance Checker so again I went to the store I requested it for my instance and then I went into the plugins uh in my instance and went and found it and installed it and once I did that um now in my my modules here I do have the next experience Readiness Checker I just did a quick search for it and you can find it that way and I do have a scan button like I mentioned this module is only available to admins out of the box so no other users should be able to see it um so just a couple of things like I mentioned it is uh just a UI page um that we're showing here um it does see what version of the instance uh I'm on so if you're on San Diego it'll tell you that um and then also just some information about it so we're just telling you that we're just taking a check um for things within the past 30 days that may be unsupported uh keep in mind we cannot check for any of those custom formatters the UI scripts and UI pages and stuff like we mentioned we do call this out here um and before you run it you're just gonna have some empty lots here because we don't have any data but we do kind of tell you what we're checking for um again you know as an admin you may or may not be familiar with some of these if you've set them up or if not um you know like I mentioned live feed is kind of an older application um as a admin or a newer admin you may have never even seen it before so we want to just tell you what that application is and what it does and why we're checking for it so you'll see this information down here um from here I can go ahead and just run the scan and it will take just a few minutes so I don't have a lot of demo data in here like I mentioned that we did test this with like hundreds of thousands of records and it did run pretty quickly but it did tell me um that my scan is complete and I do have some hits here as far as what it found so it does look like I have some guided tours that were taking in the past 30 days as well as some connect chats some end user connect supports and it looks like someone did do a follow as well um and since I'm on Tokyo like I mentioned uh we are giving you real-time information based upon what instance you're on so guided towards is subject to change and we will be updating this shortly uh but connect chat right we're mentioning that we have sidebar so if you're running this on San Diego you're not going to see information about sidebar because it's not available um and then also other recommendations we do give you the information for that here as well uh and then from here if you want you can drill down into these tables now so let me just like go into maybe my tours taken and really see you know what is the tour that's being taken who's taking it what roles and I can kind of make my decisions based on here right if it's like just an admin taking a tour is this really a cause for alarm for me to you know not turn next experience on um you can go into the tours to see like I mentioned um you know service portal tours uh are supported so I can see oh this is just a service portal to where all I need to do is test that and I should be good to go um so we do give you the the ability to drill down into that information let me go back in same for connect chat and connect support you can really go through kind of the messages and the conversations that you're having um so you may see oh like you know the finance team seems to really be using connect chat I really need to start now having conversations with the finance team to kind of gauge like why are they using connect chat so heavily can I put them on another messaging tool maybe they need to just transfer over to our internal messaging tool for the time being or is this a group that um I need to have a rollout strategy for do I need to keep them on the previous UI for any kind of reason we kind of give you that information so you can make those kind of more educated decisions on how to roll out next experience and also to communicate to your users as well so that's there for you and I won't go through all these tables but you kind of get the the messaging here as far as you can go into those tables see what's happening um see how many times it's happening um and kind of make those decisions and then um down here we do give you the recommendation looks like you need some further testing since we did find some features here that aren't supported and to just get with your users and talk to them and review any kind of available documentation and we do call out um kind of that roll out strategy support article here so you know like I mentioned connect chat you can allow those users to remain on UI 16 and we give you information on how to do that so all that information is at your fingertips and then from here you can turn on next experience if you wish I will again throw out the disclaimer please do not do this in production right after you run the scan please do your normal upgrade testing and have all your Communications and everything um before you do this in production but if you're in subprod feel free to go ahead and just turn it on from here um and I with this scan I do believe it just stays in there it's session based so you will kind of see it reset back to zero that's just because we wanted to give you the most updated information so you know if I come back to this 15 days from now um I just want to run the scan again to kind of get that updated information on who's using it in the past 30 days so you will kind of see that reset and you'll need to run it again um but that's okay because it doesn't really take that long to run and you'll get the updated information I'm going to stop the share I'll pause here for any questions and then I will kind of go to our resources slide uh we do have a question it's kind of a hard one to answer but basically uh if if it's uh if a service portal tour is identified why does it show up in the usage instances I'm assuming that's just because we couldn't we couldn't differentiate between what the guided tour was running against yeah so we didn't drill down that much I guess we just really grabbed all of the instances of guided tours um and then you can really kind of you can alter that that list view to really Point those out we just didn't call that out and um we probably won't because guided tours are going to change as of the end of this year and we're going to have to make some changes to this tool anyway um so that's why I have that caveat out there just to check for those um and do that testing but yeah it's just going to check for all guided tours all right well that's all the questions all right cool let me go ahead and just share a few more slides on some resources that we have so if you're if you're here hopefully you've seen our um product Hub on the new community um we do have a short link for you here if you haven't um our product Hub basically has information on you know getting started and steps for success and release notes and of course the Q a forum that Community um generally has always had so if you have next experience questions UI Builder questions workspace questions please go into our product Hub and ask them there um you'll also see events posted on that product Hub as well so there's new communities come up or new academies come up um they'll be posted in that product Hub so there's a short link and then within our product Hub we have our Center of Excellence site this is where we try to aggregate all of like the resources that we have out there so you know quick start guides that Brad and I have created um you know new Academy sessions going and Brad and I and other community members are creating articles all the time to help you get started with not only next experience but things like UI Builder and instead of you searching for those within the community at large we wanted to kind of put those all in one place so you could get to them easily and kind of know the steps that you need to take and find the information that you needed real fast so please bookmark that got a QR code here and a short link here for you and keep checking back this isn't a static page we are constantly updating this and and linking it so it's a living breathing thing that is always being updated for you and we do have the next experience Academy page in the community again if you're here hopefully you've seen it but you can see all of our upcoming academies you can see the events and then we will post the Q a and the answers to that q a within the event as well as the YouTube recording within a few days so here is the academy link um we will not have one for December just due to the holidays we are planning on starting back up in January I believe January 18th is our our session we don't have a topic yet but we will post that as soon as we get more information on that and the closer that we get foreign so our platform Academy team we are trying to get better feedback on our communities we want to make our honor academies we want to make our academies better when we have a bunch of different ones out there and we're just trying to get your feedback on what we can do to make our academies better so if you have time we do have a Survey Monkey link here it's a really short survey um responses are confidential we don't even ask for any kind of contact information and will not contact you because we don't have it but if you do have time please give us some feedback on all of our communities if whether it's this one or all of our academies whether it's this one or another Academy that you've um you know taken a part of recently we're all using the same survey to kind of get that information so I'll leave this up for just a second um for you guys to get that link and get that QR code awesome and then speaking of academies we do have a lot of different academies for you to choose from we have ours please keep coming to it we love having you but we have the platform Academy um analytics Academy mobile virtual agent and AI so anything really platform related we have an academy for and we have some short links here for you so you can get to them pretty easily um and they are on the product Hub as well so if you go to the now platform product Hub as soon as you hit that on the main page we're going to have a tile that says academies and you can see all the academies we have out there and the times and days that they run all right so I'm done presenting I'll leave it open for any final questions that we may have we have nothing in so far let's give it a few seconds maybe somebody's frantically typing nope we did a pretty good job of answering them during the session this time and they can uh you know when we get this posted I'm sure they can go on to the community article where it's posted and ask additional questions and we will be monitoring that yeah so this will be posted we also have an article on the Readiness Checker posted too if you want to end more of an article form same information um it's up on the Coe as well all right still nothing all right well awesome um I appreciate everyone coming today um and all the great questions um that you had um be on the lookout for our next Academy sessions next year but everyone enjoy the holidays enjoy the rest of your week and thank you for hanging out with me today Brad in the infield in those questions absolutely all right bye everyone [Music]
