Of course Now Learning is going to have a great fundamentals course. And it does. It's official, it will get you a Micro-Certification. You know the drill.

Virtual Agent | Overview

If you want to learn about Virtual Agent but don't know if it's the solution you're looking for, this video has a great overview and demo. It's ~6 min so it's a quick way to get introduced without having to put in the time of taking a full Now Learning course.

Virtual Agent Academy

This series covers almost every topic you'd want to know about Virtual Agent. This isn't an overview series, more of a deep dive on specific topics. This is great if you know what you want to learn. Down side is that this requires an understanding of the vocabulary and if you don't have that yet, see above.
