so my name is Todd Goodhue and I'm a senior technical consultant my name is Lisa McGuire and I'm a senior bpc I'm Casey Ferguson I'm a business process consultant James macapa solution consultant here at glidefest Jonah Hooper account executive some of the things I love about working for this company is just the depth of expertise and the willingness that our team have to go the extra mile to get the job done my favorite thing to Glide fast is that there's a real variety of the clients that I work with and the projects that I'm on so I don't come to work thinking that it's going to be the exact same thing with the exact same client every single day it's the small company feel no matter even though we've grown into a 500 seat company and it's really family and we're here we all help each other to develop and grow and do everything it's you know Lombardo's talked about is that you didn't get just that one consultant on the project you got all of us and there's there's true fact to that because there's plenty of times where I've gotten stuck didn't know something and you reach out you got 20 people jumping in to help you and dig you out started about a month ago and what makes Glide fast special is doing things like this and letting everybody come it's been a wonderful experience one thing that really separates Glide fast from the other companies is the fact that they actually truly care about the employees in my time that I've been here I've dealt with something very personal and my manager but also my director were aware of it and they they checked with me to make sure I was okay they didn't tell me Well we don't care come to work you have client meetings anyway it's no how are you doing what can we do to help you get through what you're dealing with as a person right now and let us know so we can take the workload off of you as far as work goes so that everything can still get done and you have the time to do what you need to do it's a family and a community and a great place to collaborate and work because they were growing and getting the name out and um in in becoming a a solid company that was going to really help and make a difference right you know I talked to other other partners and and the way they were running stuff was a little sketchy and you're like okay I just feel like I'm a number there you just want a body to do stuff and here you felt like you really had support from folks and you could make a difference and we're constantly trying to internally innovate and be better right you know coming up with our Coes and then coming up with best practices and things like that to help us do those things which ultimately benefits the customer the best that's one thing that I really like about Glide fast [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] thank you
