Hover text on a Field - Client Script

Steps:

1) Now the record and right click on the field for which the Hovertext to be Added

2) Click on Configure Dictionary

3) Scroll to related list, and click on "Labels" tab

4) Click on New

5) Fill the details and enter hovertext in the Hint multiline textbox and submit the form

Example: Adding the hovertext to assignment group field on incident form
