[Music] hey everyone it's justin thank you for watching in this video i want to show you the agile development mobile app okay i actually didn't know this was there i was doing some training and found it and i was like oh this is cool i love showing mobile stuff so this one is actually a store app you have to download from the store and the funny part is it doesn't say mobile anywhere it says agile development v2 and if you've been using agile um it's the pro the application itself is called agile teams 2.0 and so when i saw this in a list of plugins i was like that's that can't be the mobile app but it is this is the mobile app and so you can get this from the store if you are a subscriber to strategic portfolio management or agile teams 2.0 um it works on both ios and android and i want to show you what that looks like so let's open up a mobile device i've got one here i'm logged in as a demo user and i'll call your attention to this little link down here below so for many of us that are admins you know we have tons of stuff down here on the bottom and we usually go in through this more menu to find what we need so we just scroll through and i happen to be logged in as this demo user and it shows on her main screen which i think is really cool so it's got a cool icon so let's click on agile development and we'll see as i lean all of her sprints so she's got a list of all the sprints that she's part of responsible for owner of all her stories and her scrum tasks and any block stories that are showing there so she can access this right from her mobile device i know for the hr delivery team she should have a bunch of stories in there yep so we've got all the stories what's ready what's complete what's in draft what's work in progress she can also see her scrum task over here and to see all those things let's go actually go up and open a general compensation inquiry story so once she's in here she can see the acceptance criteria the description for the story which is blank go uh natasha ingham who didn't fill out the description um details whether that's blocked or not the epic it belongs to any activity related to it and any related records so is it related to hash three scrum tasks on it so we could see those three scrum tasks now i didn't show this uh when i was on the screen before but if we go to the details of this particular one notice i've got this edit button down here on the bottom so she can come in and say from lunch hey i just got a call from natasha and we want to mark this as blocked and want to put it a blocked reason and to say there's a the system's down and can't work on it or something like that right so right there from the mobile device can add a blocked reason and block a story and move on and finish our lunch in my example but anyways so let's go over to scrum tasks let's take a look at a scrum task in the mobile app see what that looks like looks like a task we've got some details we've got activity and just like the story aileen can come in here and edit this particular task and change the values um directly from here so that's pretty cool uh stories and scrum tasks uh looking in here and then it's more block stories and this is the one we just blocked so she can come in here and see that stuff so not a lot going on in here i don't know if they're going to iterate over this in the future but at least if you wanted to real quickly see what's going on with your agile teams and jump into a particular sprint and look up some stories and update them or look up some story tasks and update them you can definitely do that and the last thing i'll click on is some filtering if you want to go in there and filter what you see if you're in one of those epics or sprints that has hundreds or thousands of stories um but that's agile dev v2 or agile development v2 servicenow store app that combines with the agile teams 2.0 application to allow you to manage your stories and scrum tasks from your mobile device i hope you found this video helpful if you did please like please subscribe or share it with somebody you think might be interested in agile development and servicenow until next time don't forget to always be learning [Music] [Applause] [Music] you
