I took part in the challenge #BuildWithAES Challenge and i made a custom template on app engine for organizations to use and make new applications.

My template topic is "Distribution list to Micro Applications"

Use Case: Stop working out of emails and move to digital work experience
Note: This template can be for any business process where users sends email to do work.

Business Case: In Any industry we have legacy processes where we Email our issues/concerns etc. to distribution list and then someone replies to the email if at all
they see it or it goes into black hole and no way to track it.
