[Music] hey everyone it's Justin thank you for watching in this video I want to talk project and portfolio management specifically the project status applet that's on the now Agent mobile app so whether you have an Android device Apple device you can go to the store the application store on your device download now agent and if your admin is turned on there's a project status application or applet that's part of the mail agent application so this requires that you have strategic portfolio management implemented it requires they have projects and portfolio management implemented and of course if the uh your admin has turned on that particular feature so this is what the app looks like when you open it I've got everything assigned to me so it's defaulting to my cases as if I were a HR customer service person but you get to the project status app through this more menu down on the bottom right so you see more right here is what I clicked on or touched I'm actually clicking with my mouse and you can go to project status and that'll take you to that applet within the application now at the top up here at the very top you can see I've got some quick menus on how to access my project so my projects by portfolio I can search I can just look at everything and then I've got two little like things that are pre-configured for critical projects or projects in Red so it's more actually than just a status so I'm going to click on a project and you can see first thing we see is status right that makes sense um right there on the right or left hand side but if I actually click on the status report I can see more uh with that project so I've got overall status overall health the executive summary Key activities stuff like that I can go into even more details and if there were comments that someone had made on schedule cost resources or scope these are all out of the box status Fields I'd see those comments there when I say there's more though look at rydac I've got risks issues decisions actions and change requests showing here I can jump in and dive into a risk take a look at what's going on you see I've got it edit butted down here at the bottom so if I wanted to actually change something about this risk I wanted to view the activity maybe make a comment for the project manager who may be monitoring this or attach a picture or something I could do all that for my mobile device I can even use this menu item up here to create a new risk directly from the application so lots more going on than the status here's the detail of the projects or the project that I'm looking at project start and then they what portfolio it's in some budget cost total Plan cost description for the project and then the general activity on the project record I have access to all of that from here so yes it's called project status and yes you can see green yellow red which is usually pretty critical for people but you can do more you can log risks and issues you can view the project details you can go add comments and keep your project manager happy that's it for this one I hope you found it helpful maybe you'll just try out the project status app for yourself if you did like this video please like Please Subscribe or share it with somebody you think might be interested and until next time don't forget to always be learning foreign [Music]
