really quick wanted to show you guys something i made a long time ago you type in iss into slack and then it shows you where the international space station is behind the scenes first slack talks the service now via scripted rest api and then servicenow talks to the open notify api for the iss and gives us this payload and then servicenow talks the google geocode so we can get an actual name for the coordinates then service now talks the google static map so we can actually get an image of the location and then servicenow talks back to slack and gives a image and location and coordinates that's five integrations to make that happen and this was back in 2018 four months into my first tech job you can do it
