Attached is an export of 679 questions that helped me pass the CSA exam. The only time I found I had to rely on memory was roles & menu paths. There are 49 menu paths mentioned in the ServiceNow Foundations course. One of the questions on my exam was related to a menu path not covered in training. Otherwise the exam, does match materials covered in the fundamentals course. The questions came from books, Udemy courses, and mostly the course itself. The materials from books and Udemy have been cleaned up, in all cases I found items that were simply wrong or incorrect because of a new process or tool in ServiceNow.

I advise doing what I did and create an interactive customer application that can be utilized in form or list view. Also, use the comments column for anything that you have an issue understanding or of you think the question has issues. I originally had issues with 24 questions, most were really tricky and I needed a better understanding of the system to understand the question/answer. That being said, questions here and on the exam may often seem that a computer is talking as opposed to a human. With nearly vague questions and a complete disregard for grammar.

Functionality includes:

• Guess is matched against answer.
