[Music] [Applause] [Music] hey everyone it's justin thank you for watching and guess what i'm somewhere different today i'm in virtual reality you can't see my face um you can see my hands and my buttons i am in my homeroom within my vr headset i'll just give you a tour here turn to the left look around you can see kind of the scenery i've got my kitchen over there on the right growing some food inside and some area up there and there's the front door hopefully no one disturbs us while we're recording this video and what the heck am i showing you in here well guys let's get to it i want to show you service now in virtual reality so let's head over to workrooms and get started alright so we just got to configure this and confirm i'm safely at my desk and you see my messy desk all right confirm all right so i'm in my virtual workspace and i don't like this space it's very creepy um i feel like if i was god or something this might be what my desk looks like but you can see my hands my very white hands and i have no legs you can see i have no legs um all my important parts are missing but we uh enough about me we're going to talk about servicenow i want to show you servicenow so let's head into a nice nicer workspace and see what a nice workroom actually looks like all right everybody here we are in the office that i picked out i'll give you a tour of this one too there is my city background i can see cars down there my hand changed cars down there and some trees growing in a building stuff like that so pretty cool haven't figured out what that guy is for yet i did figure out the white board with black um i can get to it over here and um but that's not important we're going to show servicenow so i'm going to go to my computer i'm going to connect to my computer it's actually my computer is right in front of me but i got my headset on so i can actually see it so there's an app let's let me bring my computer into virtual reality they said there it is there's my developer account within servicenow um something cool too is i can actually you know i demo a lot like i'm done with my hands like so let's open my developer instance i'm grabbing my mouse there uh you can't see my mouse but it's there and i can feel it so this my friends is service servicenow in virtuality now this is the smaller view i can open this up increase the screen size and see it in a bigger view for you it's not going to seem as big for me this is gigantic like my screens are nowhere near this size and in order to like see the left side of the screen i actually have to turn my head to see that's how big it is in the virtual reality piece but you can see it there um it is loading up the home page we should get the app launcher kind of 3d rockets or whatever um since i just logged into this i don't know why servicenow pdi is going so slow okay guys i don't know what's going on i had hit refresh and now i'm back uh it's really irritating these works are these uh pdi sometimes they just go wonky but um this is servicenow in virtual reality i'm in big mode i'll leave it in big mode here for a second i want to show you a workbook space and i'll go to my trusty cmdb workspace because i know it has some pretty tarts and stuff on it but this is what it looks like in virtual reality so i can scroll down i can see my overview here of my different classes and how many cis or configuration items are in there so it looks like a workspace right nothing nothing shocking going on there if i look right there you can see the visuals loading up so i got my line charts and my pie chart actually has a donut chart scroll down here and got some more charts on there so this is what it looks like in virtual reality let's just show you one more that might be more relevant to those of you that might be watching this i'm going to go to my service operations workspace and open that up and basically in here i just want to open an incident so you guys can see uh what the incident form looks like uh is this a play but yeah this is an incident i'm demoing a playbook it looks like so we'll take a look at an incident in service now within virtual reality i've got my overview page i got my comments so we can leave someone comment um we'll just say hello so you can't see the keyboard there so i'm guessing at where my hand placement is i could turn on transparent mode demo for the world to see the r exclamation point and then we'll post that and that should come down here into the comments look at that so you see a little spider-man thing coming out of my hand okay enough of that we'll head over to details and for this one i'll go ahead and shrink it so you can see that you know how this is going to look on the other screen's eyes come on not clicking hard enough there we go so there's the other screen size and now i've got my incident um oh it's funny i pulled up one that has a playbook attached so let's see what a playbook looks like within virtual reality i have a feeling this is going to be too small when i render this for youtube so let me go ahead and increase that screen size again so you can see it there and a lot of that playbook loads up here's what i want from everyone if you can i'm experimenting with a new format obviously i can do different things in here with my hands and um kind of got some context to the room and stuff like that so leave a comment or like if you like this format if you do leave a comment and you've got ideas about what we should show in virtual reality i'd love to hear them and i'm going to release this one out of band so it's not going to be part of my daily weekday release i'm gonna post this uh in just a little bit and i would love to hear what everyone thinks servicenow and virtual reality uh if you liked it please like please subscribe or share with somebody you think might be interested in servicenow in virtual reality or just ears now in general and just wants to have some fun and until next time don't forget to always be learning see you guys [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] you
