With the Salary Survey running and my current career transition, now seems like a good time to discuss job searching, compensation structures, and negotiating in the ServiceNow industry. Obviously, I’ve spent some time interviewing and discussing compensation recently, so I’d like to share some of my thoughts on how to make the most of your compensation package.
