Step 1: Survey Response Collection This survey collected results via online submission using a self-hosted LimeSurvey server. The survey began on September 08, 2020 and remained open through October 05, 2020. The survey was openly published on LinkedIn and CodeCreative.io, specifically targeting members of the ServiceNow Community. A list of Survey Questions and summary of responses can be found here. The survey was a multi part form which would save after each part, allowing for some surveys to be submitted incomplete.
