[Music] hey everyone it's justin thank you for watching in this video i've got keyboard shortcuts i just stumbled across this i was trying to do something with some theming as you can see they're behind me in servicenow and um i found out or i discovered that by looking through the theming stuff that your application picker and your update set picker have keyword shortcuts so if you're not using snutils which you should uh if you're an admin it's going to save you so much time you can type in ctrl alt a on your keyboard when you're in servicenow and that will open up your application picker and you can kind of move through all that stuff to change which application scope you're in and if you do control alt u you can change your update set so it quickly opens that update set menu if you're in an instance that has domain configuration or domain separation you can do control alt d to open up and switch between domains really simple not a big deal but if you're an admin you know it's the little things that matter so i hope you found this video helpful if you did please like please subscribe or share it with somebody you think might be interested and until next time always keep learning [Music] [Applause] [Music] you
