i'm barry o'sullivan i head up the advisory strategy and value practice within the uk business i've been in the industry for about 25 years and despite my polish good looks obviously um and i joined crossfuse because when i worked at servicenow and i got to know them pretty well i got to know nix monash and the guys there and i just absolutely loved the way they kind of work hard play hard and um you know i heard enough about what the customers said about cross views everything was very very positive and when i decided to leave servicenow and for a new adventure um crossfields was my number one destination and honestly i i've enjoyed it so much there's not been a day where i've kind of got out of bed without not this so um the mercedes culture is phenomenal here yeah so for me i think the major benefit is obviously friday afternoons off i don't think anybody um couldn't really enjoy that so um so what i what i tend to do is i like to go and play golf so friday afternoon so i don't tell my wife that i tell my wife i'm obviously doing research and study and all sorts of things but um yeah so i can't thank crossfield's executive leadership team enough for for that real real class benefit
