so my name is james trezza i am a delivery manager with crossfields so i've been in this industry for about 30 years i've worked with multiple servicenow partners for the last 14 plus years believe it or not um i started with the servicenow practice prior to them even having their aspen release so it was 2007. um so i've been around the block with servicenow our theme this year for our cross-use way was putting people first right and what's really cool about cross views is it's more than just words right it really focuses on actions through our programs like our family first initiative the concept you know and the focused activity that our leadership put into this introduced things like mental health assistance programs um dedicating people to get trained and familiar with these areas so they can support the rest of our team creating and investing in our diversity inclusion and belonging program women in tech let's grow that part of the crossroads dance you know they do things like the community give backs um coordinated charitable activities that we do together half days fridays and you can work from anywhere capability we have extended pto time for our maternity and paternity leave four weeks past the statutory requirements extended bereavement you know two full weeks for us to be able to focus on our families in times that they really need us fall falls under that family first initiative i love it i love what they do for us and how they do it and and it's real it's deeds it's not just words i say it all the time i live every day here with an attitude of gratitude i found my way here very deep into my career i've been here a year and a half and i i truly do love this company i love the people i love what the leadership does for the people it's not perfect there's no company that's perfect but man when your company makes an investment in you and they and they make these initiatives this family first for example uh it it makes me know i'm in the right place you know 30 years of experience tells me i'm in the right place i made the right choice i've been given a great opportunity here and i love what this company stands for [Music]
