Just in case you plan to provide a Ukrainian language to you ServiceNow users. You will not found the official language of Ukraine among the I18N plugins. Starting San Diego release, however, you will be able to install an unofficial scoped application that contains all (or most of them) ServiceNow out of the box messages, labels etc.

A global scoped application contains more than 75000 translated records of core products, features, and functions of ServiceNow.

You can install the package from https://bit.ly/3Hoyerm where you will find most up to date version. We will do our best to hold that localisation up-to-date with each new ServiceNow major release.

The initial language pack was developed as part of a volunteering project for a German NGO Blau-Gelbes Kreuz e.V. (BGK), that provides medical and humanitarian support in Ukraine. A team of professionals from ServiceNow, Teiva Systems, and representatives of BGK developed a solution for contact management, demand management, planning and monitoring of aid supply to Ukraine.
