Next Experience UI "Unknown User" profile

Hello,

Background: Upgraded instance to San Diego and ended up having "Unknown User" profile for all our backend users.

Step 1:Before you do these changes below, make sure that you are in the old UI again just in case:

Navigate to sys_properties and set below sys_properties to false.

A. glide.ui.polaris.dark_themes_enabled

B. glide.ui.polaris.experience

Step 2: Update the latest version of below plugins:A. sn_decision_designB. sn_decision_tableStep 3;

Navigate back to sys_properties and set below sys_properties to true.

A. glide.ui.polaris.dark_themes_enabled

B. glide.ui.polaris.experience

Step 4:Check the logged in user profile in the backend, you will now be able to see the actual user fullname.
