I would like to share extremely valuable information with you all - some one will be get benefited some where, this will help you to get certified without paying any cost (for non partners)

Steps for - Enrolling ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand course and get free voucher after it's completion ( Enrolling and completion between1st June - 30th October 2022).

1) Please create account and login to Now learning platform. Link : https://nowlearning.service-now.com/lxp

2) After login to Nowlearning, please click on ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand

and then to enroll this course, kindly click on Start Button. Please find below screen shot.

3) Then Complete the total course.

4) In the Course - 19th point you can see stimulation session - they will give one stimulation instance you need to complete some tasks as they given.

6) First Enroll this too like Fundamentals using Start Button - Complete this course as well.

7) You will get voucher on your registered email. Also it is available under My profile => My Voucher. Please find below screen shot -

This is your profile vouchers tab - you can see System administration Voucher - Remembering one thing to you - you need to complete ServiceNow Fundamentals fully till 19/19 and System administration test prep then only you will receive Voucher.

Kindly note that this is limited time offer.

After you received Voucher -

9) Please create account and login to Webassessor.

10) After login to the page, you can see all options like : My certifications, Receipts , Register For an Exam, My Assessments, Home like below image and if you like to book an exam for certification then please click on Register for an exam.

11) Then, you are liking to write a CSA Exam then you will have 2 options -

Onsite Proctored - to write exam in the exam center

Online Proctored - to write exam from own system (external web cam needed)

Click on any option for example, first option and don't worry about the amount. Click on buy option next step it will give option to paste voucher as you earned in the starting :

12) Then you need to scheduled the exam using date and time then acknowledge and agree and it will take to you next page Coupon/ Voucher applying page :

13) Here you need to enter the Voucher code :

14) Hurray...! Your exam is scheduled. This will schedule your online exam as we all no there is no exam center in current situation :

Next you need to enter My assessments and you need to download the sentinel application for online exam and you need to click on Biometric verification as you see in the My assessments tab.

After verifying the Biometric Photo Verification , you need to wait till exam time and you can see launch button below the Launch option :

Exactly scheduled time you can see Launch Button below the Launch option as i shown above picture :

15) In the Exam : You must need External Camera and you need to give side view and they need to see your keyboard at the same time side view with the external camera like below Image :

Before starting exam it will ask some options - you must need to choose external web camera in the options this option you need to choose 2 times .

16) Now in the exam some times it will ask to show the surroundings and in the time there is no time cut off don't worry about that and don't feel tensed.

And sometimes because of technical or camera clarity issue this will disconnect or some support persons will ask to disconnect and again rejoin to the Exam then also you won't loss any exam data and time. It will pause the exam and start from their it self.

Again they will reschedule the exam - after 10 minutes or 15 minutes - You can see again in the My assessments in progress stage and you can see time their. In the scheduled time Launch Button you can see their .

17) Because of your network issue or if any problem also Don't worry - you again request to the support chat persons using below link they please let them know your issue and they will schedule your exam again with the same time and place. In this situation also you wont loss any data and time .

They will schedule again as you requested time - then again you can see Launch button at Scheduled time .
