[Music] hey everyone it's justin thanks for watching in this video we're going to cover an updated procurement specialist workspace that's right i just made a video on the psm agent workspace and servicenow came around in may of 2022 with some changes to the actual uh workspace so version 2.0.2 procurement specialist workspace been renamed used to be psm agent workspace it's now procurement specialist workspace or in the menu item you'll see it's procurement workspace i do want to call your attention to this particular update though number one is after you up upgrade you need to there's some manual upgrade steps you need to complete there's some fixed scripts you need to run some acls you need to fix um so that's number one number two is update the rest of the procurement stuff there's a shopping hub there's some finance plugins and some other spend plugins all that stuff needs to be updated for this procurement workspace to actually work so without further ado let's take a look at what that actually looks like you can see here in the menu it's been renamed in my previous video i'll link at the top it was psm agent workspace now it's procurement workspace or the plugin you saw there's procurement specialist workspace and here's what's new i've got some quick actions along the top that basically taking me to the things i might need to do as a procurement specialist so that dashboard that i showed in the previous video supplier directory any knowledge articles um the employee center and shopping hub application itself down below we have your work which is basically your open task and it has little cards for the task that you can see there they're well overdue i've not been doing my purchasing job and then i have some open reviews final review and need new to being reviewed and then i've got some cards where i can kind of just slide through and see all the stuff that makes up that number eight or makes up that number eleven there's some quick filters uh on the upper right that allow you to kind of narrow this down into things you might be looking for so maybe we're just looking for negotiation events um or i'm looking for uh sourcing requests instead of purchase requisitions right so some click filters there um if i scroll down a little bit more i can have a nice little graphic on the distribution of my work this is actually left over it used to be there and the old workspace same with this recently updated they can see um some negotiations and sourcing requests and then i've got a new widget here for my supplier resources so i can see information about my suppliers within this re redesigned landing page if you will in the procurement specialist workspace so it's a quick video this time i wanted you to see the changes don't forget to do your post upgrade steps and don't forget to update the other related apps like shopping hub and the financial ones i hope you found this video helpful if you did please like please subscribe or share it with somebody you think might be interested until next time i'll see you on the next one [Music] you
