Similar to last year, the primary goal of the Salary Survey was to identify which features had the strongest influence on an individual’s compensation. The results of this years survey validated the major findings regarding the most important features. Overall, this year’s survey found that somewhere between 85% and 94% of the ability of the collected data to predict an individual’s compensation could be summarized by an individual’s country of employment, years of experience, and (for United States based workers) what percent of your total compensation is guaranteed vs variable (method).
