one of the questions i that i as i talk to people is can you tell me how you've seen this work in the past and one of the things that i've enjoyed helping organizations find a way to improve their performance is stepping back and hearing about the painful processes that they struggle with oh it goes to this sharepoint site then it goes to this shared email box and then i have to chase down kate over in that other department to find out where things are at and it just gets lost in the minutia and it's been so fun to step into an organization and hear the pain that the team goes through see it on their face as they anguish through it and then be able to work together to paint a picture a journey that we can go on where they can find a new way to have a trusted system to help them do work and to see them afterwards find a way to put that in place and see their improved process actually work together is just a blast if you found this interesting i hope to hear back from you the way to find out more is there's a link right with this social post where you can find more information about myself and third era and more importantly how to get connected so we can explore how we can work together
