Create a Registration Request Approver

• Navigate to Customer Service > Contacts > New
• Fill-in the following required fields:
• Set the Notification field to Enable
• Submit

Note:

• Contact will be added to the Users table without an assigned User ID
• Contact will have a Role of sn_customerservice.customer
• Contact must have an assigned User ID to log in
• Notification must be set to Enable for the contact to be able to approve
