Approve or Reject a Pending Registration Request

• Set URL to [instance name].service-now.com/csm
• Click Notifications in the Main menu
• Click Approve or Reject

Note, if approved:

• Requester will be added to the Users table with an assigned User ID, Email, and Account
• Requester will have a Role of sn_customerservice.customer
