- allows users to add multiple containers( rows) to a page instead of just a single row or container
- each of these containers can then be split into 4 different choices of layouts 12, 8-4, 4-4-4, 4-8
- the user can also add a complete 12 row container. This real estate will allow user to add banners, news and other expansive content like campaigns
- finally add widgets, individually to each of these layouts producing a multi row composite structure of your service portal page
- all these capabilities together take personalization to the next level!
Enter edit mode
On a configurable page that has been set-up by your admin click on the Configure View button and choose Configure Your View
Next, choose the layout that you want from the 4 options and add multiple rows or layouts
Select widgets to add to your page
Click on the Add/Remove Widgets to see a selection of widgets that you can add to your page.
Configure your page
Apply the widgets to your page and re-arrange them into different columns and change the order.
Organize the page to best suit your style of work.
There you are. You just created your first configurable page in just a few steps.
