trying something new here paul morris and i met up and talking about this knowledge 22 session that he's presenting live in australia and remote here's that conversation we had so calorie builder i looked at it forever ago and it looked pretty sweet but it was lacking a few features yeah that was in quebec when it came out and it has been incrementally improved with each release so there's more and more that the catalog builders can do especially now we're looking we're in san diego they're at a point where they can define a workflow of conditionally based tasks oh really that's awesome what's the name of the session that you're presenting it's called accelerate the self-service experience using catalog builder why should people come to it they should come to it if they want to learn how to increase the throughput of catalog items on their service catalog which is pretty much everyone i've never met someone that's like geez i wish we had less catalog items going in the portal everyone wants more and especially if you've uh if you've reached out to the servicenow team and you've given them your requirements and you're just sitting there being like when's my form gonna be ready and you're super familiar with servicenow and the terminology and you've got lots of forms you want to make for your team then like it's perfect for you because you can actually build the form preview it and if your fulfillment flow is simple enough um you can do that yourself as well and then the developer can just push it through the environments and go through the standard testing you would usually do but that whole point where you're waiting on the admin to build that form and show it to you for the first time is like completely eliminated thanks paul i really appreciate sharing your content here i can't wait to check out your session and hope everybody else does too
