Anonymous Report Center (ARC)

What is ARC?

Employees can submit sensitive complaints or misconduct cases anonymously using the Anonymous Report Center (ARC) portal.

Your employees can use the ARC to:

  • Submit a complaint without disclosing their identity
  • Receive updates on their complaint
  • Communicate confidentially with investigators

From the Employee Center, employees are re-directed to the ARC and from there they can create an anonymous complaint.

What are the Properties comes with ARC?

  • Length of the auto generated secret key used for retrieving anonymously created reports. The minimum key length is 14. (sn_anon_rc.secret_key_length): Determines the length (in characters) of the auto generated secret key used for retrieving anonymously created reports. The minimum length is 14 and the default.
  • Enable Google reCaptcha V2 on Anonymous case creation. If true, please configure on Google and set these properties: google.captcha.secret, google.captcha.site_key (sn_anon_rc.arc.captcha.google.enabled): You can enable Google reCAPTCHAV2 for anonymous case creation. Google reCAPTCHA V2 verifies if an interaction is legitimate and the complaint was created by a person. For more information, see Google reCAPTCHA.

Note: If you decide to use Google reCAPTCHA V2, you must define the following Google reCAPTCHA V2 properties:

  • captcha.secret
  • captcha.site_key

You must also set up an enterprise Google captcha account. For more information, see Configure Google reCAPTCHA for the password reset process.

  • Allow anonymous user access to the anonymously created cases using secret key. (sn_anon_rc.allow_anonymous_case_access): Determines if anonymous users can access the anonymous cases they submitted using a secret key.

How it Works?

  1. Navigate to All> Self Service> Employee Center >from the HR tab, select Employee Conductimage
  2. Select Visit Anonymous Report Center

You are logged out of the Employee Center and logged into the Anonymous Report Center as a guest user.

  1. Select Submit an Anonymous Report.

The Follow up on a report allows you to check the status or view new comments on a report previously submitted.

  1. Enter the text verification code.

  1. Select Submit.
  2. To save a PDF copy of your report, select the Save a PDF copy of your report

How do we Access an anonymous report?

You can retrieve your anonymous report to submit comments or view comments and updates from the agents working your anonymous report. You must have the report key and report number in order to access your anonymous report.

  1. Navigate to All> Self Service > Employee Center.
  2. From the HR tab, select Employee Conduct.
  3. Select Visit Anonymous Report Center.

You are logged out of the Employee Center and logged into the Anonymous Report Center as an anonymous user.

  1. Select Follow up on a report.
  2. Enter the Report Key and Report Number.
  3. Enter the text verification code .
  4. Select Next.
  5. Enter questions or comments related to the anonymous report.
