i am a senior servicenow developer and then i am also the product owner for the platform i've been in healthcare pretty much my entire career so i do development and then i also help guide our direction with the platform in general we use servicenow for iit but we use it for everything else to hr employee health we've really expanded it beyond just a ticketing system we've had to create on the fly a lot of things that were required to help everyone keep working to do remote health appointments to help track you know vaccinations and we've done a lot in a very short period of time and we created an app to do fit testing certain people in healthcare require n95 fit testing yearly before the app they were doing it all on paper all across the organization so you know every building had stacks of unorganized paper and if osha came knocking they kind of had to you know fiddle through the papers and you know hope to find the right one to prove that you know these people were all fit tested we've moved all of that into an app now once covid came up it became significantly more important it went from here the people who are required to fit tests to we are fit testing a whole bunch of people so we were able to build that for them and now we can produce reports for them we make their lives better and easier and faster and it's definitely been impactful it validates the work that we do it's not just coding it's the value i can provide to other people [Music] you
