[Music] hey everyone it's justin thanks for watching in this video we're going to cover the new employee relations executive overview dashboard what could be more exciting i was actually kind of hesitant about calling this a new san diego feature because this is one of those things that comes out via the store but i went back and looked at room and what this executive overview dashboard looks like and it's a little bit different uplifting the look and feel and the colors and even some of the layouts a bit different so let's get right to it first and foremost we've kind of got a view of all of our open cases our open cases past sla our new cases this week restricted cases that are confidential i've got a world map to see kind of where cases are happening now keep in mind all this is interactive we can click on these and go straight to those cases this little widget kind of it got wider in the trunk in this version and so we've got uh basically the open cases by hr service widget where we can see the anonymous report misconduct accommodation requests employee warning letters request a reasonable accommodation we've got a couple more widgets down below for departments and allegation types for open cases and outcomes of allegations for closed cases an allegation types trend right so pretty standard uh dashboard for an executive to come and look at and i said you know yes you can click through all these there is the whole performance analytics feature you can see right here let me move my head out of the way we've got our breakdowns that we can do so if i was to break down this particular graphic by department i get a nice little color startation there for how this is trending over time um and because it's performance analytics i can do things like forecasts and do labels and change the actual type of chart that's actually showing so if i wanted to look a bit different and then lastly we can move my head again we can show the different records that are making up this data so if we want to get to the actual data we can click on those dive right into those uh those these employee relations cases and take a look at what those look like directly from the dashboard so that was it this was a quick and simple one but did want to see something from hr service delivery and this new employee relations executive overview dashboard if you like this video please like please subscribe or share it with somebody who think you might be interested otherwise i will see you on the next one [Music] you
