I recently automated Project Status reports with #ServiceNow Flow Designer. I wanted to put a lot more aggregate info in: "What's the sum of costs associated with open risks" In this vid I build a custom Flow Action to replace scripted GlideAggregate calls. Now anyone can build these in flows without knowing what the hec GlideAggregate is.
