[Music] everyone thanks for watching my name is justin i want to show you something cool i discovered while working in san diego it has to do with workspaces it has to do with the next experience one of my biggest things that i like about workspaces is the ability to have more than one thing open at a time so come with me to the cmdb workspace real quick i'm in his last meet the analyst she's one of our demo personas and what i'm going to do is laxmi and cmdb is i'm just going to open up some configuration items so i'm going to hop over to the servers and i'm going to open up a windows server and then maybe open up some configuration items right my goal here is to build up some tabs along here at the top so that you see that i have you know more than one thing going on at a time i have multiple records open right we're demonstrating the value of using something like a workspace by being able to do more than one thing at a time or have things open so i can compare them contrast maybe different properties different attributes or some troubleshooting something right so look at what we've got going up here i've got this sap server i've got this aws server i've got the list of windows servers i've got the big tab for all the servers that can be open tons of stuff going on so in reality laxmi might actually go do something in service operations workspace if you haven't seen service operations workspace check out the card that's going to flash above my head go check out that video of what service operations workspace is but let's go ahead as laxmi let's open up an incident so she's working incidents and let's start a new interaction because she's maybe an analyst in getting people walking up asking her questions and let's open up a new incident so we got a new incident after a new interaction so i've got three tabs up here at the top open of all the work that laxman's working on here's the killer feature laxmi goes back to the cmdb workspace check it out all her work that was up there at the top under servers all her tabs still open so you can get back to it so this is inter workspace so moving between workspaces and being able to get back to what you're working on not losing that context of what's going on let's go back to service operations workspace check it out service operations workspace there's her incidents that she had opened her new interaction her new incident so we can see all that just by clicking on them there they are so key feature here moving between workspaces and still not losing that tabbed functionality between the workspaces themselves yet another killer feature for san diego i hope you liked this video if you did please like please subscribe and if you think someone else might be interested please share it with them thanks and i'll see you on the next one [Music] you
