Problem Statement:

Users can manage delegates in service now with OOB delegate functionality. Wouldn't it be cool to do the same from Virtual Agent itself which can act as self service for end users??

Solution Details:

I have configured a virtual agent topic which allows users to manage delegate from virtual agent. This topic allow users to manage all of delegate functions:

- Assignments

- Approvals

- Meeting Invitations.

- Notifications

Also, validation is added for valid users before processing with creating delegates functionality.
