[Music] please subscribe to my channel and click on the bell icon to get the regular updates of my channel and do not forget to like comment and share hello everyone welcome back to sas word service now this is part of itsm implementation mock training in this video we will show you that how you can configure automatic closure of resolved incident the ask is that resolved incident should be auto closed in three days so let's see how exactly you can configure this in your instance you can make this configuration change with just a change of a property you don't have to write a single code or you don't have to change any code or any other scripting elements so let's see how exactly you can configure this so what you have to do you have to go to incident properties so you type incident here you have this incident application under incident application you have this incident properties in this incident properties you will find this property which says number of days after which resolved incidents are automatically closed zero means it disable this feature that means that particular resolved incident will not be closed automatically but you want to change the days and as of now as per the task we have to make it three so that's it you just make it three and you are done just click on save so with just one property change you are done and now from this time onwards any ticket which is basically resolved it would automatically be closed after three days so that's totally configured now and they basically there is a job which automatically checks that hey how many days are done and that's how it automatically change the state of that particular incident from resolved to closed that's how you can make this configuration in the instance thanks for watching this video please like share and comment and do not forget to subscribe to my channel thank you and have a great day
