In the previous versions before Rome, we have no functionality to edit the records in List Layout in Agent Workspace.

To do that we have to open the record and edit the field value.

From Rome release we have the functionality to edit the records in List itself without opening the record.

There is a System Property for that and is not active by default.

System Property:

Use the system property: glide.lists.inline_editing_enabled

Set it to true.
