[Music] please subscribe to my channel and click on the bell icon to get the regular updates of my channel and do not forget to like comment and share hello everyone welcome back to sas with servers now this is part of itsm implementation mock training now configuration of form layout is very important task during implementation in servicenow as it decides what fields you want to keep or remove on the form like incident change problem as per the requirement you get from your customer or clients in this video we will configure incident form layout by adding or removing fields so in our first task we will remove fields and those fields are service and service offering so let's configure the form layout and remove these fields from incident form in order to change the form layout of incident we have to go to the incident form so we will go to incident first so i will type incident in application navigator we have this incident and if i click on this new button create new module you will see on this is the incident form and you will see we have these fields service and service offering we have to remove these fields from the form how you can do that you just need to click on the right click on the header so you have to right click on the header i think form is pretty much slow so maybe i will click again so now we will click on this right click on this header and here you have configure and then you have form layout because we want to change the layout of the form so i will click on this form layout it will show me the section so with the option to change the layout of the form so once you click on the form layout it will open the form layout section so this is the form layout so now what exactly i can do i can select the service field i can select this service offering i can click on this we will remove it from the form now i can just click on save and you are done so if i click on this so once you click on save you will see that that those two fields service and service offering are gone they're not available on this form anymore so overall you are done with the form configuration that's how you do font configuration so as i mentioned it's just a mockup i've i have removed some fields on the form uh basically those were available on the fro on the form i have removed those fields similarly you can add some fields as well maybe the existing one and you can also create new fields custom fields if you want if you have the requirement from your customers and clients thanks for watching this video please like share and comment and do not forget to subscribe to my channel thank you and have a great day
