hello everyone today i'll be walking you through how you can see all the plugins that are installed on your servicenow instance so to start with as you can see i've got the plugins module open in front of me right but in these there are some plugins that are you know then there are already active by default or some of the plugins that are activated by hi so if you try and search them in here you won't be able to see if they are active or not right so for that what we can do so for that what we will do is we will be going into the url we'll type in xml stats dot do so our instance service iphone now dot com xml starts dot 2 and press our enter and we'll just give it a couple of seconds to load and now if you scroll down you can see here all the plugins installed on your instance so snz task has activity installed on september 8 2021 and similarly there are plenty of other plugins in there right and yeah the list is pretty long so yeah that's how it is that's how you can check all the plugins that are installed on instance which may or may not be available in the plugins list so thank you
