hi everyone in this video i'm going to show you how we can enable the virtual agent in the service portal of servicenow so first of all let me show the service portal that as of now the virtual agent icon is not yet visible over here so that we can start a conversation with virtual agent from the service portal itself so what i'm going to do is first i am going to navigate to the service portal configuration page then i will go to designer [Music] and here i need to search for the page where i want that virtual agent widget or icon to be visible so i'm going to go for the index page which is actually the home page if i click on that it opens up in the designer pane and then i need to search with virtual agent over here so i'm going to add that icons over here [Music] so if i go back to my portal now and i just need to reload the page so the service portal virtual agent icon can be seen here now and i can start the conversation with my virtually [Music] that's it thanks for watching
