Out of the box we have very limited options. What if you want to show only 5 groups or say any number of groups.

Solution: There is a way to add such custom options in the dropdown.

1. Go to sys_choice table.

2. filter with Table=sys_report and Element = Other_threshold.

3. Now click on New button and add your custom choice. In this case I've added 5 as new choice.

4. Change the order to give the choice it's right place in the dropdown.

That's it! You now have your own choice to show max number of groups.
