ServiceNow has provided multiple integrations with Virtual Agent OOB like MS Teams, Slack and Workplace by Facebook. It is really useful when the end users don't want to login Service Portal and utilize the Virtual Agent's functionality as it is easily accessible from all the third party portals as well.Here is a video of How to integrate Virtual Agent with Slack easily and end users using Slack should be able to access Topics in Virtual Agent.
