the part i enjoy most about working with navolo it's the strong supportive team camaraderie that's been developed long before i got here everyone is so willing to help each other succeed now there's also this desire at the organizational level that goes beyond just the bdr team to help others succeed you know even on my first couple days at novolo i instantly felt like i belonged you know that feeling like this is where i'm going to be able to flourish as people reached out to me providing resources and guidance for me to be successful and that's very important to me
