hello everyone welcome to another episode of glide chat today we're gonna have a special holiday episode featuring the lombardos so i have with me my two beautiful daughters i'll allow them to introduce themselves what's your name olivia and my name's sophia are you guys having fun yeah well thank you guys for joining us today on the holiday episode of glidecat i think what we're going to do is watch a servicenow commercial featuring the one and only santa claus on service now yeah santa claus is inside all right let's go ahead and play this video it's been a tough year and now with q4 wrapping up the north pole has to be feeling the heat it's okay santa let's workflow it work fly with the now platform we can catch problems before customers even know their problems wait a hose what kid wants a hose i don't know an aspiring gardener this house it says horse not a hose so drink get over here and with icy workflows connecting our business end to end we can avoid having another meltdown he just melted all over the floor he searched through so many systems he just collapsed now our people can collaborate across silence even from across the globe so how's the new place it's a four bed two and a half bath igloo and half the property tax it's great yeah but you have to live in the south level [Music] sir wait are you sure yes we're that productive now you hear that the kids get twice the presents [Applause] whatever your business is facing let's work flowing servicenow all right that's servicenow so what did you think of that commercial i think it was i found it was funny i i liked it it was cool you did yeah so do you get what servicenow is yeah daddy what's a workout a workflow well a workflow is basically a process so if you think about in the commercial right in santa's world there's a workflow behind the process of getting you your toys right so you write on a list i want uh what was the thing you wanted again barbie barbie right i want barbies well santa's got to say okay sophia wants a barbie and he's got to tell his elves what barbie to make and then they got to know how how to make that barbie then they gotta sh get it on santa's sleigh and he's gonna get it to your house and go down the chimney put onto the tree right it's a process and he's gonna do that not just for you he's gonna do that for every kid in the whole world so that's a workflow that's a repeatable workflow it happens over and over and over again i get it kind of cool right yeah and service now helps make that workflow easier to fulfill yeah does santa drink water yes santa drinks water yes he does so you got a little bit understanding what servicenow does for companies what do you know what glidefast does it helps service now okay like that's pretty good like it helps the people and like that use service now right yeah yep that's right okay that's good do you know what i do you make sure everyone does their job well i would say i make sure people really love when they where they work right now all right and what do you guys love about christmas the most um making um frosty and and snowman okay all right um i i like um spending time with my family and like giving gifts like getting gifts and giving and giving and i like getting gifts and i like open them and i like um that's great and let's ask one more question what do you guys want for christmas the most um [Music] all right well let's wish everybody out there a merry christmas and a happy new year and happy holidays merry christmas merry christmas everybody [Music]
