hi did you know that there is a system property using which you can set the number of days after which an incident in resolved state should auto close so here's how we can check so i'm searching with auto clues and this is the name of the property glide dot ui dot auto closure time so by default this is seven so after seven days an incident in resolve state will be auto closed thank you
