[Music] choose to challenge means calling out the gender bias smashing the stereotypes and fighting discrimination against a woman i challenge all the men out there to be mentors allies to us in this process so choose to challenge for me means that i personally and professionally will do everything to maintain a gender equal mindset to forge a gender equal world i choose to challenge gender inequality in the society because we all are same doesn't matter what body we live in we think from here and that's all what we need there are unique perspectives that women i work with bring and we're all diminished when we don't take the time to listen and to celebrate the diversity of ideas i choose to challenge all of us to reach out to people with intersectional identities and have courageous conversations about what it will take to create a world of acceptance and belonging this is just about us as a community of humans coming together and talking about sometimes a very difficult topic so i guess my choose the challenge is let's just all be in this together [Music]
